Let's say if you get called by that; you would always know how to distinguish when it's an insult or rude. If my fellow Northerner calls me that...I definitely know it's not but when it's otherwise, you will always consider the intentions to know it is not rude. It is easy to think it is normal when you don't get called that. I guess if you read his comment WELL....it's clear it has a note of tribalism. I may apologize if he actually and really says he doesn't mean that.

The way some pple are handling dis "waiting issue" dey ridiculous.....I am wondering what might happen if some pple get booted..... You shouldn't blame anyone for how your interview went after you were provided with hints on where to read. You should be grateful at least and not question the hints because you asked for how the interview went with some people which they gladly shared. You were also advised "no two interviews will be the same". What do you want the very first person that had the interview say.

So buddy....you just gotta be cheerful and hopeful. be grateful to people that gave you heads up cos even me writing this had no clue but I was willing to help. I remember I saw the scoring content for the interview and the technical aspect was just 1 out of 8....it had communication ability, confidence just to name few I saw.......So my Petroleum Engineering man or is it "crude oil" man according to the Indians; BREATHE, PRAY and WAIT!!! All the best buddie!

Boss, I advise you don't put urself under undue pressure by wanting to know what the questions really are. From experience, it is you that will give them direction especially based on your CV. The Indians are versatile and they have been changing the dynamics of their questions. Just follow the basics as given by Sasha and jaaaack your final year project WELL. It is from your responses that they will deviate and know what to ask.....In summary, read about pumps, heat exchangers, fluid mechanics, fluid flow bla blaa blaaa. Nobody has been talking because no two interviews will be the same. For some, it may be "take a bow and go" . All the best buddy.
