Unfortunately , the company folded up .

The NLC we have today is a toothless bull dog that doesn't rise to occasion when is necessary. The Nigerian directors in most of the multinational companies hardly cut down overhead expenditure which is the main problems in those companies. They live in choice areas in lagos with so much bills payable. And they will factor laying of small workers and won't blink an eye on their own spending . A director 's spending alone can pay 50 staff salaries . Moreover, the foreign nationals always have good intention on how to run their companies but it the intention is always subverted through the HR who manages the labour issues in the company , just because he wants to have a good face with the management he will bring up all sort of policies to elevates him the company. So we Nigerians conspire against ourselves in the name of unnecessary greed. Its so bad
