Shegun010: Honestly, it's very underrated. Yunno you can move in very much closer if you go to Pro mode and set the lens to macro and then focusing distance to macro too. Here are some samples.
Impressive. I really need to play around pro-mode.
I have been a member of this forum for a while now and normally I read , learn and move on ,it has definitely been a rewarding experience. However I notice that it has become a trend for " some people " to unnecessarily try to bash a particular phone brand or manufacturer ( Xiaomi has been on the recieving end lately ) I want to believe it is just trolls trying to derail people from making good choices , if you follow user reviews / opinion on GSM Arena I can assure you , you wont buy any phone as virtually all phones have one complaint or the other i remember in the early 2010s once I buy a phone I jump on to GSM Arena to read user opinions and almost instantly regret my purchase I then decided to change tactics by reading the reviews before buying ,that did not help either as mostly found it difficult making a choice so I decided to just go with specs and buy phones when I needed to. Technology has come a long way ( my first " smart phone " was a sendo X back in 2004 and now we have phones with equal processing power as a laptop ,there will definitely be hiccups here and there but mostly there is always room for improvement. Once a troll is notced , don't feed his/her frenzy by responding I believe if we all ignore trolls we can have more favourable interactions Kudos to Genius43 and all those taking their time to attend to people's issues. Xiaomi is still fresh and a growing company and I believe they have actually surpassed expectation for a company that is just breaking into the smart phone market dominated by Samsung and Apple let's cut them some slacks. I come in peace
Exactly. I strongly resisted the temptation to quote that guy who always comes here to compare Xiaomi with some funny brands. Well, he entertains me with his diehard spirit.
I bumped into an article today and it states that "Xiaomi locks MI and Redmi phones in prohibited countries" (Nigeria not included, so no one should misinterprete this without reading the article ).
My point is... From the comments of a few persons there, it's clear that lots of people in the international community make use of Xiaomi. They clearly place Xiaomi ahead of brands like those ones mentioned by that guy who is so obsessed with bashing Xiaomi. I mean that's if those users even know those brands at all
Below are just two screenshots of Xiaomi users in the international community (one obviously sad that despite their love for the Xiaomi brand, his country seem to be in the list of prohibited countries ).
ityP: Which one be Redmi Note 9 pro abeg? The camera array looks different. Help me abeg, before I go make mistake
Attached is a picture of my Redmi Note 9 Pro before I sold it.
RuneKingThor: The one below doesn't look like the note 9 pro. Be careful bro. In all the Redmi note 9s and 9 pro I've been seeing, there is a little sketch in between the camera that says the number of camera pixels.
The below one na scam, you dey here dey talk of colour, e be like you follow for the scam.
Tolu181, you use confidence dey insult Genius43. Check the image that I uploaded and see that the version of your own mumu na customized. Exclusively for you. I guess that's why you flaunt it with so much confidence!
My Redmi note 10 pro delays to show caller information. The phone would be ringing before the name of the caller pops up on my screen. How can I fix this please?
Thanks for uploading this. Since it's launch, I have been searching for a review for some days now. Need to see it before I recommend a phone to someone.
johnoj24: So the solution is to remove the straw right?
So between Poco x3pro and note 10pro which is better??
I honestly don't know which would be better for you. It would depend on your preference. I mean what you really want in a smart phone. I use a Redmi Note 10Pro though. You can do a side by side comparison online to see which you would prefer.
johnoj24: Between Poco x3pro and redmi note 10pro which is better?
And I learnt redmi phone sucks data, how do I handle this?
Yeah, very true. In fact Lei Jun gave a special instruction to the Xiaomi assembling unit to attach a Redmi straw to every Redmi phone at the end of production. Exactly just the way you see a straw attached to every small pack of ribenna. The phone is meant to magically use the straw to suck data when you are not watching!
When you buy any Redmi phone, quickly search the pack for any attached straw and get rid of it. Your data would be safe.
The type of ridiculous things that people post sha!!
I think we need more emojis on nairaland to express certain emotions jor.
salvo583: That RN10P 108mp camera no be am at all. I was seeing the output of a watermarked picture of and it looks inferior compared to RN9P camera. Maybe the Facebook app distorted the quality sha
I used RN9Pro for long and now using RN10Pro. Even though the camera output of RN9Pro is really great, I can tell you that the camera output of RN10Pro is far better than that of the previous.
Amazonmoney: Hi guys is it true people are facing alot of issues on new update miui12.5 on redmi note 10 pro because what am seeing on gsmarena about redmi note 10 pro is not good at all but I don't trust gsmarena people most of them might be Xiaomi haters Nd it might be marketing propaganda, just wanna know from people using the phone re u guys facing alot of issues aswell because am also planning to get one next week I love xiaomi brand
Is it the same Redmi Note 10 Pro that I have been using and seriously enjoying or another one?
The two states that you have mentioned are both predominantly civil servant towns. For Plateau State (Jos): Pros: *Very friendly people,
*Availability of food (tubers, grains, vegetables) and these are far cheaper than what you get downsouth,
*Accommodation is far cheaper than it is down south (you can get very clean two bedroom apartment with POP ceiling, tiled floors and built-in wardrobes in choice areas from around 350k or even 300k if you are lucky), 90k upwards will get you very good self-con dependent on the area.
*Power supply is really good in a number of areas,
*Transportation is cheap,
*Hardly experience traffic holdups.
*And I must add that Jos is mostly peaceful (the insecurity here is mostly exaggerated online). There is no Sharia law practiced here (Jos is predominantly occupied by Christians, and governed by same).
*If you drink and moderately love to socialize, there are way too many bars and fish/chicken/meat joints scattered all over town.
Cons: *Apart from civil service or bank jobs, you would hardly find any good-paying jobs, there aren't multinational companies here like you have in Lagos.
*If you go broke, you will hustle really hard (although you won't need so much to survive here due to factors stated under pros above).
*Nightlife can never be compared to what is obtainable down south.
I must also add that an advantage of moving from Lagos to Jos is this: People here rely on Lagos for lots of products while Jos has cheaper agro-products that people in Lagos need. If you are a hustler moving between these two towns, you would know exactly how to key into this.
LehreMi: Anyone having troubles receiving Gmail notifications on RN10 pro? Or is it a general android 11 issue 'cos I've seen various complaints all over their reviews on playstore.
To be very honest, I'm kind of shocked about this review. I'm impressed.
A few persons that have handled my RN10Pro also had great things to say about the device. Two of them (one an iPhone user and the other a Samsung A71 user) have said that there's just something about the phone that makes them love it. Obviously, they see things that I don't even see. And just last night, I played music via the speakers with the Dolby Atmos on and I was sincerely blown away. Some persons might think one is just hyping this device, but no, this is just a part of my very sincere view about the device in my hands.

Henrybright: Hello guys, is there anyone who is using browsing Glo comfortably on Redmi Note 10 Pro. I'm having issues browsing with Glo both on 3G and 4G, I have done everything and changed access point yet the speed is extremely slow and sometimes doesn't browse at all even though I can browse comfortably with it in another phone. Is any other person experiencing this?
I used glo on my RN10Pro the week I got it and everything was smooth. I had to use it then because I needed some large volume of data to do installations.
This Redmi Note 10Pro has some additional settings under sound effects. With good headphones and the right equalizer settings on Poweramp, you would even love to listen to songs that you hate! Loving this phone more and more everyday.
