rasputinn: At what point in the video was the theft thwarted. You just saw a.video of a thief stealing and wearing a pair of trousers a d you swallow the narrative that the theft was thwarted. Common, use your grey matter For all you know, that was just an after-the-act cctv footage of how the thief successfully executed his plot.
To thwart is to avert, prevent or stop. Where in the video did you see the theft being stopped or the theft being averted. You can choose not to think or use your cranium by swallowing the misleading headline, but allow those of us that want to look at things critically do so. Thank you I wrote a reply devoid of insults. No derogatory words but your response portrays you as a very silly little kid suffering anger issues and some form of diarrhea! At least, I've got grey matter in my cranium and can CHOOSE not to think. Sadly, it isn't the same for you because your cranium is filled with straws and should be fed to animals since you can't even CHOOSE to think or not. Now, go back and watch that video. At the begin of the clip, the guy had no trousers on. He clearly tried on brand new pants (with the tags on) and then quickly wore another pair of trousers over the first one, looked up at the camera and quickly started taking off the trousers. Isn't it obvious that the... Wait, wait, why am I even explaining this to a silly child who has got a cranium filled with straws? 🤦🏽♂️ Plus your English is bad. You typed like you were high on some very cheap drug...or maybe it's just an issue with your cranium filled with straws? |

Good morning, everyone.
Please I need some input here. I tried initiating a withdrawal on my upwork account. It failed after a while due to the reason stated in the attached screenshot.
But my dashboard only requests for Bank Swift Code where I originally entered "ABNGNGLA" for Access Bank before initiating the transfer.
So please, what's the "Bank code" as there isn't a field for it on the dashboard?
@@codedboy95 @pocohantas
Thanks in advance.

Did you intentionally ignore the part where I clearly wrote "Two wrongs can never make a right"?By your defense, it's OK for foreigners to subject us to such treatments just because we do not respect ourselves, right? |

DMerciful: But its ok when we discriminate against ourselves in the name of tribalism, right? I have read a few comments like this on the two previous threads about this same issue. Why are some of you so annoyingly senseless?! Such disgustingly senseless question!! So if we discrimate against ourselves, that makes it OK for another country to discrimate against us? It's horrible enough that we discrimate against ourselves, and worse if another country does same to us. Two wrongs can never make a right!!! |

Romance › Re: Avoid Telling Men Your Age Until... by Babsolala: 4:48pm On Apr 18, 2024 |
jeromestarks: I met this beautiful, hardworking and godloving lady somewhere at work. She's very nice and accommodating. She's also a graduate. Let me quickly say that this lady is a decent lady - yeah, I went FBI on her; searched her socials: Facebook, insta, X etc and sincerely, all the pictures she took were done in her home (she stays with her mother).
As I interacted with her, I discovered she's a homely person. She doesn't club, doesn't smoke, doesn't drink. She's just all about stability.
I fell in love with her personality until I asked one last question. "Sorry, I don't mean to pry. Please, how old are you?"
Without hesitation, this lady answered "I am 27"
Immediately I heard 27, I lost every single ounce of interest I had in her. I didn't show it to her. I just said " Wow! You look so pretty, one would think you're 18. Thank God I asked." She laughed and I could see her blush.
We discussed about other things, exchanged numbers and she left. I have made up my mind never to call her. The age put me off and I don't even know why.
So dear ladies, do not tell men your age until the both of you are in a serious relationship. Never tell a man your age on the first date. Never! Wait until you see some level of commitment or at least, until he got used to you a little. JSS 3 students will be resuming school next week. Have you washed and ironed your school uniform, and polished your sandals? Who even gave you access to the internet? Instead of helping your parents in the house, you are online writing stuff that you completely have no knowledge about. S!lly child! |

But I had to trim it down and quote the only part that I have an issue with. I don't know if you are a Nigerian. But if you are, then from your statement, I guess you also have that virus that compels one to prey on anything or anybody? Whether you are a Nigerian or not, please do not make such blanket statements. There are millions of Nigerians who are nothing close to what you described. brain54: It's the person that set the exam that's wrong...
The instructions didn't say read question 10 first.
It says "especially" so when you get there is when you realize.
The instruction should have been "read question 10 first." To save someone all the cancelations.
The examiner just needs Jesus! You are wrong! The title of the paper is cognitive exercise. COGNITIVEIn such, you are expected to analyze an information from different perspectives. The "especially number 10" part of the instruction is enough to trigger one's curiosity. After reading such an instruction, the first question that would come to my mind is "why number 10?" and that curiosity would make me quickly read that question first. |

perfectsusanoo: Karma is a biitch. It is the 'reply' of nature to an effort. Regardless of forgiveness or not. Thats when people go dey tel u: bros na now go show weda ur faith don don. Karma is GOD. About the two bolded sentences, are you alright at all? shadrach77: There is Karma and there is the forgiveness of God. God does forgive but you will still have to face the consequences of your misdeeds. That doesn't mean God hasn't forgiven you. E.g. a lady who commits fornication and gets pregnant 🤰 then asks God for forgiveness. God will forgive her but then she still has the pregnancy and the baby to cater for. I am not stating my view whether I believe in karma or not. But using this (the bolded part of your comment) as an analogy to explain karma is so wrong. What about a lady in the same situation that decides to abort the pregnancy? What about a thief who steals without getting caught? Or a murderer who gets away with the crime? Etc, etc? |
Romance › Re: What Do You Still Like About Your Ex? by Babsolala: 7:10am On Mar 31, 2024 |
Tallesty1: Guy, our exes are regular people with great traits and personalities. Stating their positive qualities doesn't imply that we want to get back together with them. I don't date trash; everyone I've been with is great, and the things I liked about them remain unchanged. However, the relationship didn't work out due to issues I didn't know or like, and those aspects remain unchanged too. This means that nothing will make me want to reconcile with any of them.
Let's not paint our exes as bad people while portraying ourselves as the opposite. Some of us were the ones causing trouble in the relationship. Whether or not you talk about it doesn't change the fact that you'll always appreciate something about your ex. That's why we should strive to keep our number of exes low. There's no benefit in having several exes Great response to that guy. This is exactly the point of view that I always hold. That guy made it seem like once you breakup with someone, then that person is evil or liking anything about such an ex would mean one would jump into bed with them at the slightest opportunity. The group of persons that believe once you become an ex, you become a bad person or an enemy. There are exes that have great qualities that one could admire and even learn from. I've never had an evil ex, neither have I ever been tagged as one. The other question people ask is "if he/she was good, then why did you both breakup?". Newsflash: No matter how good one is, breakups can still occur for reasons best known to the parties involved. |

naturalman: Nonsense question.
People who doesn't drink are mostly prone to depression and anxiety.... The truth is that people who does not drink are very rude, wicked and brutal, they always harbour anger, they are so sensitive to everything and most women don't like them because they are too serious and funless.
Another thing about people who doesn't drink is that they womanize a lot, they are womanizers and gossip alot. They can dash women all their money...
You now ask the question, what makes this people happy?.... nothing....they are into pure gambling or womanizers..
Pure truth Your response seem to come from a place of envy. Feels like you are trapped in a lifestyle which you hate, a lifestyle you desperate wish to quit but cannot get out of, so you are so pissed off with those who are not trapped in the same system as you are. Imagine the very vile words that you used to describe people that do not drink. I know a lot of them and they are nothing close to the description that you have given. Change your circle of friends (or maybe your mentality). It's OK for you to drink, if you wish to. But do not ridicule those who don't. The fact that you drink don't mean that you are a bad person. And the fact that they don't, don't mean that they are saints. Learn to live and let live. |
