I don't know if it's selfishness or what but how will someone be on very high beam even when opposite an incoming vehicle, I almost entered a ditch because an SUV beamed on my small Corolla to the point I couldn't even see properly, are there rules set for all these in this country?

You should use PayDay Visa cards, not Mastercard. Card creation fee is 1 dollar and you need a minimum of 5 dollars to fund your card. That's what I started using recently.

It happens when you first add a new card on AliExpress. They debit you with a sum of $1, but the debit is normally reversed shortly after. You can check you gotok app to confirm the reversal

firstly go and clear all the uploaded certificates and Fill all the form information first, you will be able to Fill that LGA and state part. After that you can now upload all the certificates before ticking the declaration box and finally submitting
