You can't be dressed that way and have something substantial upstairs. What is just painful is, she feels everyone has to be stupid as she is. She "mistakenly put her number there". Business / Re: People Are Wicked.....retailers Are Killing Us by babtoundey(m): 9:58pm On Apr 21 |
That's exactly the major cause of the artificial inflation. Retailers are too greedy. You get to know they are the problem with the price of certain drinks like nutri-milk and even coke. No uniform price. When you stop at shop A, she may call it 450, shop Bbwill call it 500 and C may g to the length of calling it 650/600. Since prices of things were going up, retailers seized that opportunity to inflate prices of their goods. Even pen that they ate selling for 100, if the sold it for 50 Naira, they would make more than enough profit Government is not always the problem. If tomorrow government takes excessive measures in curbing their excesses we will all still blame the government. Something is certain, he who sell the product of curses, will in turn get stone as his/her monetary reward.. |
Food / Re: Why Prices Of Bread Are High – Bakers by babtoundey(m): 3:12pm On Apr 16 |
To crush the occurrences of unnecessary price increase of food and other necessary products, government needs to first crush all these association. of this and that. They exist only to exploit and extort. The most criminally minded association is the one that of the purewater dealers. They doubled the price, reduced the size of on sachet and still reduce the number of sachet inside one bag. Now one bag of purewater cannot sustain you for one day. A government that works we send them out of market permanently . |

Dalohad: Ask the idiot if he was on ground to validate the conjectures he generalized as truths. Your emotion always betrays your reasoning. One minute Obi won all the states in the Country but was rigged, the other minutes, people deserve in this region and that region deserve divine punishment because they refused to vote Obi. Be consistent for once so we will know angle of your confusion and shortsightedness. And mind you, those that harass people for voting or not voting are known. They have been identified as political thugs and are outrightly condemned. The likes of you did and are still doing worse. You harrass people online and offline because they rejected your truth. The SW people have the boldness to condemn APC performance because they are not always blind to reality. If your candidate had been in power, you would sell your soul to defend his ineptitude after all, you wanted everyone to believe a candidate who defected from PDP yesterday is a new blood in politics. Wish for more evils because you find it hard to overcome your bitterness and hatred. That baf news you crave for is on its way to your door step. Sit back, and laugh at your own tragedy. |

What do we called people that were also attacked and bullied and tagged unprintable names because they openly reject your tribal candidate. You must be thinking everyone has amnesia like you. Nothing is inside his cranium. To him, being a soldier is next to being God. He cannot be checked. I wonder the rubbish they feed them with during training that made them feel civilians are bloody idiot. Idiot that would wet his pant when he hears Boko boys whistles thinks he can be uncivil because he is a soldier. He should keep staying in the North where insurgency has immunized soldiers against human punishment and appropriate check. 1 Like |

Agriculture / Re: Maize Intercrop With Cassava Farming. by babtoundey(m): 8:07pm On Jan 02 |
Good evening, OP. I was the one that called you not long ago. I have been teaching in a private school for a while. By the end of this January, I intend quiting teaching and go into small scale farming no matter how small. I believe i can complement that with other personal ventures I engage in. I have little or no knowledge about farming. It is an area i love but which i never had the courage to explore. I just want to try with very little resources to see how sustainable it can be. By this, I feel i need adequate knowledge about it before i delve directly into it. Sir, I intend planting cassava and maize. But reading the comments here, I already know i cannot plant cassave and maize the time intend starting which is February. I will like to know if I can plant cucumber along side watermelon in the said month (February)? If yes, how long does it take both crop to mature for harvesting? What is your expert opinion on their sellability (market)? Can I plant either or both crops on the same piece of land? After planting both crops or either of them, can i still plant maize and cassava on the same land (provided they are harvested before planting cassava planting season). If both crops cannot be planted by Feb, what other crop would you advise i go for? I will really appreciate your insights on this. This decision is a lifesaver to me. So, I have to be very cautious with it. Thank you, God bless |
