Travel / Re: USA Visit Visa Part 3 by Babyidj01: 11:28pm On Aug 24, 2018
Good day, I applied for my F2 visa today and was denied. I wasn't even asked questions relating to the visa type or my spouse on the F1 visa.

I previously had a B1/B2 visa that I used firstly to birth my baby in the USA in 2014 and used it again to birth my second baby 2016.

All the questions asked today was about the birth of my children and if I told the first VO I was going to give birth, my response at that time was no but plans can change anytime.

He asked why I didn't go to the state I stated I was going in my application, I said I was heavily pregnant and couldn't be flying around.

He brought out the blue paper and rejected my application.

Please, what's the way forward, how soon can I re-apply. Is it against the law to give birth in USA even after paying your bills.

How do u move pass the stage of getting another visa after not declaring your intentions at the first interview.

Thank you

Veka:
Are there any mamas that didn't use epidural for their first? How was it like? I'm still very undecided if I want to take the Hebrew woman route. I dey fear sha.

I didn't use epidural for my first and active labour was so short!!! The key is adequate exercise before going to d hospital like dancing, u would hv been properly dilated. I got to the hospital at 9cm dilated!!! Spent just 30 minutes for checking etc n boom baby was out..

Good day house,

Just a quick question please, I got my b1/b2 visa in August 2014, used it for my 1st baby December 2014 and got back to nigeria January 2015.

My visa expires August 2016 and am currently pregnant with my 2nd baby, intending to travel 1st week of July because baby is due mid-August and get back to nigeria end of September.

Do I renew my visa knowing fully well my visa expires a month to my entering the USA, if yes, why please and if no, kindly state your reasons

Never heard of people using the same visa for 2 deliveries. Please help, what do I expect and say at the POE about this?

Thank you my good people
