We are on ground here in Kano.. Many factors contributed to bloc votes against Gandollar..

1. Many of his aides are still loyal to Kwankwaso

2. Many felt betrayed by his immediate change of attitude to Kwankwaso bin his benefactor.

3. Exorbitant tax duties imposed on the citizens

4. The bribery allegations nailed him.

I have seen him on several occasions. He is not loved by his people.
