I mentioned how NTDA installed warning signposts to inform the public and how land speculators had immediately damaged and removed those sign posts. I also mentioned how a client lost millions of naira for not taking my advice. The land speculators have been using file no for application for village excision to deceive innocent buyers and most often, using the construction of a school building to mislead buyers into buying a committed government land. The sad story is that those buildings have been demolished .I am really feeling bad for those whose buildings have been demolished.I strongly believe that government should have a better option other than demolition and give the persons affected a second chance.
