Where did u get ur info from, there is customer service as well as teller now known as transaction officer, 3 months probational training, 1 month class room training on 50k allowance but ur take home is 49 or so, there is always a bond man.

Operation and commercial new intake goes home with Same package during training .

they are merging the two roles anytime soon and that is why nobody will be employed as teller or cso again. In fact they have statestatstarted the conversion of cso to ao as we speak.

He applied for a customer service officer role, not Lagos branch, south south region, and was called for aptitude test, please how much do they pay for a start for such position? And how much is paid after probation?

Do they go for 3 months training school as well for such position? And do they give 2 years bond for working with them for such position as well? Lastly, I kept reading about targets here, are positions like customer service officers given targets as well?

firstly, there is nothing like customer service officer again in accion: it's now called transaction officer which is a combination of cso and teller's job. The training is always a month for all new intakes but I cant say anything about bond and salary package for operation staff. Will confirm and get back to you.

it depends on the standard of the institution...unit,state or national but it should start from 50k upward basic and 10k upward incentive.

that's the killer in lending. its a measure of how healthy your portfolio is: the higher the par, the more closer you are to the exit door as an account officer/loan officer or micro lending institution.

Since you don't have exoexperience in the lending business, they can't hang you in the interview for not knowing much about it but the main thing you should know is about marketing and sales.
An account officer combines savings target with loan mobilisation.

While no different between the two just the name they want to use, some use relationship manager or credit officer etc. For the question nothing much just know the basis of credit,PAR,loan monitoring etc

I doubt if there is anything like lagos candidates. You guys will be working outside lagos state except for few vacant spaces that will be left by senior officers that will go head the newly open branches outside lagos.

Yes there will be.
In addition, offer letter for training is different from that of probation and also from confirmation.

You will enter 6months probation period and be earning around 65 to 70k and (10% incentive when u meet your target).

Accion don't hire security and cleaner direct. They have firms that do that for them.

You people that are yet to be invited should be expecting invitation any time from now. The last batch of trainees have been deployed to various branches.
The hint now is that for you to have an edge immediately you are called for interview, don't use lagos address on your CV: lagos is filled already and be ready to move to other states because the bank is opening more branches across all states.
I will be giving you guys updates as soon as I get them.

The distance will not allow for further discussion on it: I'm in lagos.

Those in ibadan are yet to b called for d next stage of recruitment process cos they'v not acquired office space neccesary for operations and to my best knowledge, abeokuta applicants has been called and dev'v started work... any state experiencing delay cld be facing wht ib is facing presently soon.. and they will call us very soon...
