fitzmayowa: BBUS is one of the best shows 24 seasons and still going, I think they should adopt the format here leave the viewers out it let the HMs scheme their way to the prize money.....
BBUK is light years ahead of BBN in terms of the HM selection and the kind of content, however, BBN there are alot of restriction because of the environment, we the viewer even miss alot of things not shown because of the environment, our own brand of reality TV is not "realitying" because of the environment...... They cannot adopt that pattern of leaving viewers out. That format cannot work here. |

What annoys me most about this show is that it will affect BBN if it airs this year. Viewer fatigue for this nonsense |

safarigirl: See, not one Nigerian aside Ebubu should be in that finals
Since organisers decided who they want to win, none of ours should be in that house after Sunday.
We will borrow them Ebubu for one more week, but the rest should be coming home. I second the motion.😂 |

dominique: Why Nigeria you ask. Have you seen the sponsorship of this show? At least 80% Nigerian! BBMzansi franchise was about to die due to lack of sponsors so they decided to bring in big spenders to resuscitate their dying brand. Not that South African companies are too broke to sponsor this show ooo, they're probably not interested or invested enough to want to sponsor Your theory may be proven this week o. Kj fit go😭 |

queenemelda: Exactly! This is the comment I've been looking for. All this strategizing we've seen on this BBT and extreme craziness I've heard about BBA is not what we are into. Those who don't like it can always watch the other BBs if they want. If BBA was so good, I wonder why BBN is an international success, and BBA is only a memory. They didn't even watch BBM for the so called 'entertainment' o. When BBN starts they'd watch from the launch show to the finale, but still complain about the content. |

LordTheus: In Africa, yes. It is THE most successful BB franchise. Not ONE OF.
Globally tho... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Plus, there's nothing special about BBNaija's format. They used the BBAfrica format, which adopted the popular BBUK format, which adopted the original 90s Dutch version of the show.
And I never said it wasn't successful. I know it is, I couldn't care less. All I said is that the much acclaimed "content" in BBNaija is over-exaggerated especially when compared to other series in the franchise, BBN doesn't actually cut the mustard. Globally it is one of the biggest. When I say successful, I'm talking numbers and following. Contestants on the challenge were amazed with Tacha's following and how big BBN is. The profit BBN makes for multichoice is massive. As for content, you should realize that the environment matters. Nigerians are not into the scheming and mind games a few of you clamour for. You people don't even follow BBcan or BBus, where you'd see the content you clamour for. You guys enjoy BBN, but you enjoy hate watching it more. |

LordTheus: A thousand _fucking likes to this post. BBNaija is probably the most _pussy version in the Big Brother global franchise. The so-called content people fawn about here is mostly just bland and forced ships, Saturday night parties, and other kindergarten stuff. Housemates can't even plot together and discuss nominations. BBN is arguably one of the most successful BB franchise. The approach is different. What Nigerians like is what is served on the show. If BBN wasn't successful, we wouldn't have had 6 consecutive seasons, and this BBT would never have happened. We just like to tear down our own things. Tell me, how is this BBT better than BBN? FYI BBN revived the entire BB franchise in Africa since it's return in 2017. |

MamBi: I am so praying that we still have a BBN this year.... I swear. I've seen your post on the new voting system. If we are being honest, the organizers are not being open and fair. You announce a change in voting pattern after releasing results. And they only announced it when people complained that they didn't put the percentages. It definitely affected Blue Aiva. Secondly, there are no details on how these countries actually voted, just a bar chart with positions (1st to 8th), thereby creating the room for people to doubt the credibility. The production team is horrible and throughout the season, they've given reasons for people to believe that they're sabotaging the Nigerian housemates. We pick holes in the BBN production, and they're not this bad. This show just serves as a reminder to why BBA eventually failed. |

safarigirl: They spend money voting in BB9ja BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO CHOICE.
It's like asking how the same people who voted for Atiku in 2019 could turn on him to vote for Obi in 2023. If na only gutter water you see drink, you go drink am. Doesn't mean you will drink the same thing if they gave you tap water tomorrow.
Once again, Amya, by virtue of being Nigerian, you are at a disadvantage if voting comes down to African countries. Be supporting things that are against you. You are even going too far sef. The Saturday party, a lot of SAn dragged Dj wysei and Nigerian djs for playing 'fast' songs. They complained that the mix was making their heads ache. These are the same people who watch and claim to love everything BBN. So what why were they complaining about our DJs. |

Nhazeru: There was a girl in Bbn that played similar game like Khosi's. Angel of SYE was almost as sluthy as Khosi and Nigerian loved her, voted her and made her top 5.
Angel kissed almost every male housemate during T or D. Was in a ship with Sammy later dumped him for cross. Sampled her unshaved pussy to viewers through the camera, sucked Pere's dick during T/D, did so many things I can't remember now
So let's leave all this talk abeg Nigerians didn't love Angel, and she was never voted top 5. |

Beorn: No. They weren't considering Nigerian viewers in the first place when they launched it, their target was majorly SAn viewers. So, they timed it rightly for their targeted audience. Do you think BBN will ever be be launched during election periods? Never!! Hopefully this show never comes back. You cannot claim to have a collaboration which favours one party only. The period is when they do their BBM, production is 100% South African. The only reason why Nigeria was involved was for sponsorship and reach. Flutterwave and Bamboo sponsored a SAn show. |

safarigirl: I really like what Juicy Jay has been doing with his career post show.
This is someone who said he was injured as a Rugby Player and hasn't been able to play because of that for some time, it's been less than 2 weeks since his exit, and he's been making appearances at games, getting featured on Rugby panels and such. This is what people expect when you say you're a sports professional; even when you're not playing, you should be seen in and around the sports, not that you will become an Instagram influencer or be hustling acting gigs. He had a lane pre-show and has maintained it post-show
I have high hopes for his career, either as a Rugby player or analyst. He reminds me of Ozo's trajectory. I really hope to see more of him in an industry he is familiar with. Comrade use your @ button😂😂 |

Pharoh: The only reason i find him boring is the ship with tsatsi, he looks like someone that was told not to do certain things on tv or he is not really interested in that ship. I see more fire when he is even talking to blue, yvonne and the other girls than with tsatsi so i don't know what is wrong but other than that he creates content and spontaneous if you see how he blended for the glamour girls thing. At least you're being objective |

Smoothgio: Why is Justin in the house and Juicy is out
You said Yemi didn't serve anything aside hus triangle......Biko aside the triangle, what was the content of the show for the first 5 weeks All you said still points to the triangle as being the only thing he served. I do not dislike Yemi, but your teammates have been coming for Kanaga when Yemi isn't so different. My point is everyone has what they bring to the show, and people should stop calling others boring because they do not fall under their preferred category. Yemi's entertainment angle was ship triangle, why is Kanaga being called boring for not being the same? |

Same Yemi who was the center of the show for 5 straight week.....Who be your weed dealer abeg
You people will just open mouth Waaaaa If yemi was so entertaining why did his choice to ditch his triangle cost him? How many times did Yemi stand out on his own? If people are going to call Kanaga bland, then Yemi isn't far behind. |
