There is nothing unique.. Let's face the fact.. You can't have access to a bank without them validating their atm.. And most borrowers.. Once they take loans.. They deactivate their ATM card.. Thus not able to work again.. So how do you want to had access to remove the money...and CBN doesn't allow with BVN... Go read the rules on BVN..

Nairaland is undoubtedly a place of unlimited wisdom some could even say it mayches up to global sites like Facebook, twitter when it comes to research but I have always been annoyed by the search feature. You'll always have to go through spamy comments before finding anything reasonable. And you can't find anything reasonable when searching for more than one word.

credit bureau will only prevent the person from getting loan from any loan company with his BVN, but they don't retrieve loan for them. Most people don't pay back, not because they don't want to, it's because of something else that might have errupted within the time frame he was given the money. If he can't pay the money in full, I'll advise you ask him to pay in bits, so that it doesn't go beyond two months.

yeah what am saying is I want to report him to credit bureau that way he won't be able to collect loan from bank or anywhere else and that might motivate him to pay back because he's not picking my call
