A letter stating the bolded will be irrelevant. As long as you are doing a FT study and your CAS stating start and end dates, you will still need to FULLY meet up with the Student Visa / Dependant requirements.

Maybe you apply first and partner applies later.
Thank you. I would have loved to apply for my spouse later but the thing is my sponsor borrowed the money and he has promised to return it at the ending of the month and I don't when such an opportunity to get that sort of amount would come by again.

Good morning everyone. I am new this thread but I need an advice on something.
I recently got admitted to a school in UK for Msc, I already started Online classes I am looking to apply for my Visa early March.
My issue is that my tuition fee is 14,700 pounds and I already paid 12,000 out of it, with the remaining tuition and living expenses I would need about 6.4m. Which I have but my husband will be applying with me and I heard I would need another 6,300 pounds for him which is about 3.4m but the total amount in the account is just 8m. Do you think I can attach a letter to my application stating that I already started online classes hence my own living expenses has reduced since I have just about 9 months to finish up.

Thank you smiley

Hello house, I got a quick question oo.
Is it possible to get a study Visa without submitting land documents as part of strong ties to home? Someone said it's compulsory. Is this true and are there any other ways to show strong ties to home. I'm into businesses.

Please help me answer oo.
Yes it is very possible, people have different things they can use as home ties. Spouse, Company, Landed properties, Jobs etc.

Hello Everyone.

Can someone explain the marked out line and paragraph on the screenshot?

I'm particularly concerned about the December 15, 2020 part, where they explained that applications received before that date would be processed via the 2 stage format we all know.

I'm asking if applications received after that date would be processed via the regular study permit process as I've underlined, and what this process is all about.

Lastly I don't know if these updates have been there and I didn't just Notice.
I'll appreciate all responses.

What of someone that didn't do change of name and will there be a need to write SOP?

Frankrobbn1:
Your spouse would apply for spousal open work permit (SOWP). You need to provide legal documents to prove that you're legally married to him.

You need the following documents to establish relationship with your spouse (hubby)

PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP DOCUMENTS
1. Marriage Certificate
2. Newspaper change of name
3. Throw back family pictures
4. Snap shot of WhatsApp video call or messages for the last six months (if any).
5. Wedding photos.

I hope this information is helpful to your enquiry.

It will end in praise

Good morning house, Please is there any update from anyone? This silence ehhhnnn E be one kind. I keep checking my GCkey every minute expecting a change even when I know there's no change yet. I think it's because it's ending of the year already and if I don't get it this year I would have to wait still next year and my school is resuming Jan so I'm getting really anxious.
I hope I'm not the only one feeling like this oo.

Hello, I have a question for all the applicants who did an upfront medical exam after submitting their application. How did you send your Medicals to ircc? Did you raise a web form or send it by email? Because Ircc is yet to send a medical request and I want to it soon.
You will send the E-medical slip given to by the hospital to IRCC through webform and also mail. If you send only through webform if might take a while for it to reflect on your GCkey, so its better to send to emails too.
On part 17 someone posted list of email we can send Emedical slip too for fast reply. You are going to have to read through for it or anyone that knows it should post it for you.
Goodluck.

You can always update your application at anytime, so please hurry and send the proof of payment (tuition fee) and updated(improved) SOA of your sponsor. Both will go a long way to helping your case.
Best of luck

PLEASE I NEED AN ANSWER URGENTLY.

I applied for SP on the 7th of Oct, I didn't get any NSE letter but my eligibility review started 1st of Dec, after which I went to do upfront medical which as been updated to passed yesterday. My concern is that my proof of fund, what my sponsor had as closing balance was not so impressive, the only thing impressive about my POF is my sponsors Letter of employment which stated his annual salary and me as his dependent. My question now is that my sponsor can get his closing balance now up to 10m, do you think it's necessary I send another bank statement to them or I should just leave it and be hopeful.

Ps; Previous closing balance was 4.5m and after my application I paid part my tuition fee which was around 11,450CAD

Thanks smiley smiley smiley

I'm just here to testify the method @popoolam mentioned about sending e-medical slip, I tried it around 12:40pm today and around 6:20pm that I checked my GC key my medicals has been updated to passed. Thank you so much @popoolam. By the grace of God we get BVL and PPR soon cause January is upon us oo.

Thank you.

I think it’s your total band score that they are after.
Please was eligibility review started before you received this NSE request?? cos I am also a sept applicant and my eligibility review has started since, I am guessing that’s why I didn’t get an NSE request from IRCC.
Since when did your eligibility review start please.

Yh I know no two application is the same, I also submitted Oct 7th, did not get NSE but I saw it yesterday that they started reviewing my eligibility so I just wanted to know the time frame that may take from the the earliest period to the Longest time.
