⚡IDF captured the Gazan side of Rafah Crossing this morning.

The crossing with Egypt is now disconnected from the Salah a-Din road in eastern Rafah.

Israeli flag has been placed on the crossing.

What will Israel do after Rafah operation..which we all know won't achieve anything.

⚡Estonia must be able to block the Baltic Sea for Russia, said the commander of the Estonian Armed Forces Martin Herem.

"We have significantly improved our maritime capabilities. The Navy now has both sea mines and anti-ship missiles in its inventory. Together with Poland, Sweden and Finland, we should be able to solve one of our key problems - a possible blockade in the Baltic Sea," said the general.

On land, Estonia’s military power is also at its best, Herem is sure.

“The Estonian division, created just over a year ago, proved itself in all respects during the exercises.”

Exercise is different from real battlefield....no let NATO toys deceive u.

Western media said western tanks, including the US-made M1 Abrams, which according to the US Army, has never been destroyed in battle, is the game changer Ukraine needs.

Well, that is true. The M1 Abrams is really the game changer Ukraine needs.

In fact, some M1 Abrams successfully crossed through Russian frontlines and are currently in Moscow.

Not as normal working tanks, but as destroyed scrap metal.

The hype this tank got from western fanboy cheesy men!!! Now it's a junk.

do economics you no gree.
in a Lay's man understanding e.g:
assuming you do grind @tomatoes and @pepper in two different machine and decided to grind it in one machine you'll be cutting the :
# cost of maintaining the two different machine
# stress of cleaning the two machine after use
# you'll save more time.
or assuming two people wants to go from point A to point B in two different bike which will cost #300 each, and they decide to enter one bike, they will get a cut and pay #500 instead of #600.
note that I'm quoting u on the fact that you said joining two different ministry changes nothing apart from having one boss.
who knows you are just sitting at home yabbin shit, because if you've been out you'll know that many ministry's in nig are just useless (apart from job creation) because in the five working days that we have official will just come two or three times, and even in those days you'll see them sitting idle doing nothing most of the time.
You definitely a layman....Your analogy is useful for market women and your informal trading in Ogbe market. cheesy

Now back to formal....merging ministries does not equate less spending...

Assume merging ministry of education with humanitarian affair, that does not translate to reduction in allocation, if ministry of education is having 31 staffs plus the boss and humanitarian affair is have 29, when merged 29+30-1=48 it is insignificant. That's is exactly what been done here.

What Javier is trying to is create a kind super ministers who will oversee works of the closed ministries...that ain't gonna reduce shit!

We've seen this before....

⚡International Criminal Court (ICC) is being warned by members of U.S. Congress in both parties that arrest warrants for senior Israeli officials will be met with U.S. retaliation — and legislation to that effect is already in the works, Axios reports.

Netenyahu has gone so far as to urge Biden to intervene to help prevent the warrants.

House Speaker Johnson issued a statement calling the reported warrants "disgraceful" and "lawless."

"If unchallenged by the Biden administration, the ICC could create and assume unprecedented power to issue arrest warrants against American political leaders, American diplomats, and American military personnel," Johnson said.

Hope the toothless ICC will still be able to issue an arrest warranty for an African leader.

The cooperation of the Sahel states with Wagner might start to drive those terrorist from the countries into Nigeria. Is there any reason why we can't hire PMCs?

Niger alone has 1.2 million km square of land...why will terrorist leave such haven to come die in Nigeria?

Many people don't even know that much of the US gigantic military budget goes to maintenance and only a part translate into real new armaments. This practice in its current form is unsustainable and is one of the reasons the US would collapse like the Roman empire did.

That is why I laugh each time when people quote US defence budget as compare to China when debating.

Buhari is the only military head in the history of Nigeria that overthrew a civilian government, if Nigerians head correct he no go smell even chairman.

Biden has been vibrant as a young politician only got worse when he became president.

Buhari was a young, vibrant and intelligent general during his military year's, and he holds the record of kicking chadians military ass during border conflict.

But I guess we can't blame him since he got worse when he became president.

Lol...it is actually the opposite, you guys lack basic reasoning...if you don't then you will know of all those ministries are slated to work under remaining ministries, this only reduce the number of bosses nothing cost will be insignificant...

Maybe you should goan read his reforms.

cutting off government expenditure by cutting the size of government and wastages;
blocked stealing of government funds, and attracted Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) through concessions, tax holidays, and improved ease of doing business.

Reading is not implementing sense...all the things he is doing have been done before by his predecessors...no politician has ever sucesseded in blocking theft in the government, not even USA. Shuting down ministries won't stop or limit spending since new ministries will be created with appointee to cover for the ones that have been closed.

What is the total FDI he has attracted so far? Dude dollarized the economy something they did in 2001 that back fired. Majority of his reform is going to lead to total disaster.

Jovi10:

Argentina runs a lean government by reducing the number of ministries, privatizing nearly 40 state-owned enterprises, and reducing wasteful spending.

Reducing number of ministries does not reduce spending...those are just myth we tell ourselves.

And you have to elaborate what you mean by wasteful spending.

Jovi10:

Which of these can our politicians do? Rather their salary has remained the same some even increased while the masses are told to make sacrifices but the politicians can't make any sacrifices?

Our politicians are corrupt just like their counterparts in Argentina ...But Argentina is more bleeped than we will ever be at the moment.

LOL. I'm telling you.😊

Modern warfare has evolved a lot. It's not about who has the biggest tanks, warships, warplanes anymore. It's about how cheap you can produce deadly weapons at scale and overwhelm your enemy.

A cheap airborne or submarine drone can damage bigger targets that costs 10,000 times more. Iranian Shaheed drones and Houthis underwater drones have proven this. Just imagine what China military can produce.

Exactly...
