i still don't get it.... the Rotary Club is ocult or not? do you have to participate to a ritual/ take a oath? i know that they are "concerned" about the community and "humanitarism", but what is the root of the club?

i agree with debrief89

I got that advice a lot when I was with my Ex, no one ever adviced him to stop his crap and treat his wife well, no one ever adviced him to get counseling and anger management, no one ever adviced him to show some respect to his wife, it was always wear a night gown and cook dinner, I wore night gown after nightgown, cooked and cooked, almost became invisible as I had been adviced not to provoke him but did it stop thr cheating, the insults for where, he just became more brave,

it's not working. you should stop dreaming and get real: he is not interested on you or your marriage. he has his one agenda. you can give him the moon and the stars, try to please him in every way, he will still not be please, or happy and he will show you, by cheating, belittle you, blame you, bullying you.
they will never change;ever. so the best is for you to find a way out and save your sanity and your children if you have one.
be finaincial independent and take care of yourself, and let the idiots to continue to play their foolish games.

agiboma dear,

i've been trough this hell and i understand you. after 4 years of "marriage" i took my child and left him. this abusive situation it will not stop ever. he will not change, no matter how many people you involve: family, friends, pastor, and no matter what you do. only God can cange them, but again, only if they want to be change and so far it doesn't seems.

my dear, don't blame yourself about anything; it's not about weight or any other issue. it's a power game and you are manipulated and used.  and you know what? he will treate all the women the same, because that  makes him feel self worthy and powerful.

my dear, he will never be your husband, married or not. he is the husband of that one from nigeria. probably he already had traditional marriage before he travaled. doesn't he send money over there? I'm really sorry for your children and for you, because once a nigerian man is married traditionaly, he consider his wife, the woman he left home, not the one he lives with abroad. sad story, but this is the truth. i live in europe and i can tell you lots of stories, things that i saw here, even in the church. horrible and all for the love of money.
