After the 6 months quit notice and 7 days court notice, what world the court normally do and how long does the tenant have from the 7 days to move out? Is the 6 months notice valid if tenant and landlord agree to a new annual rent and after the notice was served? That is, landlord serves 6 months notice to quit, tenant pays 6 months rent with the hope to pay balance 6 months but is unable to pay. Can the landlord effect the previous notice served?

Happy new year folks. This is a first for me in applying for NLNG. I submitted application for the graduated trainee in November. Any advice on the nature of the test? I seem to always have a problem with the numerical test of shl and time is never enough. I have written many test but that numerical and sometimes the diagrammatic test too. Any advice please? I have been going thru those computer science questions and I must say, they are quite strange. A computer science graduate may find it easy but for a Maths graduate like me, na die oh. To make matters worse, I can't cram. It's not like it's d same questions that will be used again anyway or is it. Anyway, I'll do my best and leave the rest to God.
FYI 759 persons were short-listed with 594 for masters. There are 72 masters slots for 36 states and 7 Phd slots. Seems abuja is the only exam centre.
NB: the computer questions are inside GMAT 2008-2010 by IEC publication bureau or any recent edition. All the best.

The ref number is the one that begins with N201200... Input that plus the password. I think Abuja is the only test venue. So all roads lead to abuja on 3rd and 4th. All the best to us all.

Well well after all that is said and done, the Tecno F7 is indeed a fantastic phone. I'm not a fan of china phone but then, even iphones are manufactured in china (design in d US). And Tecno is beginning to separate itself from other china ones, not with the 12+1 months warranty and customer service. Android has really changed everything, giving all phone manufacturers and OEMs d same level play ground. My problem has always been durability. My sisters bought tecno 2 years back and before u know it, the ba3s blew up, ear piece damaged, screen cracked etc. But then, you have all said it all. whether you like it or not, Tecno is their name, nothing can change that. They are creating a solid brand name for themselves even though gsm arena doesn't seem to include tecno phones products on their site. Only time will tell. And please, which one is Wiko Cing King again. LWkMD!!!
