Well well after all that is said and done, the Tecno F7 is indeed a fantastic phone. I'm not a fan of china phone but then, even iphones are manufactured in china (design in d US). And Tecno is beginning to separate itself from other china ones, not with the 12+1 months warranty and customer service. Android has really changed everything, giving all phone manufacturers and OEMs d same level play ground. My problem has always been durability. My sisters bought tecno 2 years back and before u know it, the ba3s blew up, ear piece damaged, screen cracked etc. But then, you have all said it all. with Windows 8 mobile. Though with low specs compared to F7 but then, for windows fans looking for a low budget phone with good specs. It's a good buy too. Getting tired of blackberry, just waiting for the bbm release for ndroid and I'm porting to android permanently. This F7 is drawing my attention but let's see how durable it is. Meanwhile, dis thread has been hilarious and eye opening, thumbs up guys
whether you like it or not, Tecno is their name, nothing can change that. They are creating a solid brand name for themselves even though gsm arena doesn't seem to include tecno phones products on their site. Only time will tell. And please, which one is Wiko Cing King again. LWkMD!!!

So how do u explain it when u make a 3 mins call and ur ba3 drop by 3%? As per ba3 stop comparing S3 or S4 with F7. Is as good as comparing sleep with death. All I need is how to find a very good ba3 that is compatible with this F7, otherwise am selling off. I can't be bothering my already loaded brain with some ba3 worries.

I think those people complaining lives on their phone and never for once allowed the phone to rest. we Nigerians are obsessed with everything especially when it comes to electronics and don't usually follow the manufacturer instructions. We like to play 20 games at thesame time while others applications such as emails,facebook,2go,antivirus,skype,whatsapp,play store,messengers even 3g are running underground. reduce the brightness when indoor and kill all the underground tasks then I assure you that your battery longevity will change. new battery must be charged for certain amount of times with maximum voltage recommended not with I pass my neighbors generator that the power output is unstable and below 190v. I solely depend on NEPA to charge my phone coz generator kills battery. This phone is excellent if you are caring type. this is not an house phone but mobile phone.

tabs are not 'handy' (unless u have a third hand)n hope u can easily find the companies care center cus its really a pain in the ass when nobody has a solution to ur problems.

The only problem is that very few Nigerians are privileged to enjoy continous NEPA power supply as you are, most of us depend on generator for our daily power supply most of the times.

Really I'm not talking about drainage but the battery behavior . It sometimes jump to 88% then falls back to 12% on rebooting, a typical case of bad ba3

u hv nt optimized it yet. allow it to drain completely ( let the battery die n device shot down) then charge while off or even with a good desktop charger till its completely filled. repeat this process three times and tell us what the result is. its the general way of optimizing batteries n tecno does state this process in sm of their manuals sef.
