There's no treatment on those papers. Everything on that paper is rehabilitation. There's no medical treatment being offered. Care workers, support workers, managers, physiotherapists, psychologists that's what he will be paying for not treatment.

This all sounds like a format to me! You're not here to help this guy because if you were then you'd understand what I'm saying instead of pushing this hard-sell tactics.

This is not a sustainable solution. Help them find another solution. This institution just cares about money. What they are offering is top of the range but a struggling person can not sustain this kind of care. Even if you succeed in raising these funds this will be just a very expensive 1 year holiday for the guy. People with cerebral palsy live at home and have care given to them. Half of the treatments this institution is offering isn't necessary.

Hmmmm. Chief. The situation on ground you will not understand. The boy is way sick also. Your little or more help can go a long way. If he can be taken care of at home why would she take him there.
