Also in order to solve the problem of perennial herdsmen-farmer clashes, the government needs to buy land from the farmers and rent it out at subsidized rates to the herdsmen so that they can establish grazing reserves. The problem with you guys is that innate hatred for anything good from other tribes has blind-folded your senses such that you always expect Igbos to behave like you. There are millions of Igbos in South Africa who are doing wonderfully well and they have not bn killed by Zuma (if it's Zuma that kills them). Thus, if one boy who wants to be on the FAST LANE without diligence and patience like others, gets killed by Police or other local gangs then the rest Igbos should rise against Jacob Zuma?
