Mine, departed Lagos for Akure since 15/12

And it is yet to arrive

Speedaf later emailed me to go the post office and check if my orders are there since it is pick up.
I will say u should do so too

Those Akure Speedaf people are very disorganised. I had a similar experience with them last month. Just call them consistently on phone, or find the office address in Akure and go there. I was calling the man almost every 1hr to get him to act.

Yeah those people don't like what they do at all. They don't call nor text. I even message them on WhatsApp but left it on seen.
They are the worst

I can't find their customer call line

Good everyone.
I'm facing an issues with these speedaf and post office.
I have like 5 orders yet to be delivered now.
I base in Akure, Ondo state.
My first order was on the route to Akure on the 16th of December 2022 according to the tracking page on the speedaf website but till now I haven't been called neither has any other update concerning the parcel on the website.
Same goes to the remaining 4 orders (different days though)
I have e-mailed speedaf but no reply. I even manage to get the Akure office number , I message them on WhatsApp but left my messages on seen.
I have contacted the seller, he said I should exercise patience
I don't know what to do
Please any suggestions?
