There are exercises to reduce butt and thigh size.

Maybe you're having a bit of fat to say the least, you'll need strength -training exercises.

Research for these exercises, get videos and necessary gadgets if you want to do them on your own.

You could join a fitness club if you can afford it.

Get serious, set targets, your body will fail you atimes, don't let your spirit down and lastly, be confident always.

From the little you wrote, I'm not really sure you've been attracting the right girls.

If you're a Christian, definitely what you want is a godly relationship which is fine.

I have an IT background, though I studied engineering, and for my MSc., it would be easy for me to just do one management Engineering course and get away but I feel the need to specialise first.

I've gone through the Lambton site,but the ITP program is actually a certificate program.

How possible is it to get something like ITP that's been offered as a Masters degree in another school?

Any course that entails wireless communication or/and telecommunications would not be bad also.
