Yeah, you're very correct. Ndidi was sorely missed. And his replacement no just fit deliver for us. I commented about it earlier on. And always getting those long balls to Osimhen and co, was just trial and error, and not helping. Our guys were really timid in their game today SmartPolician: |
Based on those stats, Morocco deserved to go through to the final and were the better side. Our game was really slow tonight and they didn't just allow us play our normal game. And if we had been in the final, our best player in this game, Calvin Bassey would not have been there coz of his 2 yellow cards. At least we put up a fight by taking them to penalties. Them Boyz try!😋
|
Thought as much too. That Onyedika guy is somehow shaky in that midfield. Well, let's just keep our fingers crossed & hope for a win. Coz we're not just playing against 11 men, but against the the Moroccan crowd and a slightly biased Ref Omoreal01: |
This has not been Egypt's football style of play. They were always on the front foot, always attacking that's what got them those 7 Afcon titles. They were just lucky against Cote invoire who were the better side. This is just like the wack counter attack football that the last Portuguese coach introduced to our game the last time. But thank God that Coach Chelle has reversed it back to our default attacking football style. samwash: |
Salah just became like some other African great players that could not win the Afcon for their country. This is most likely his last tournament. Na this one Sadio Mané take pass am. My concern now is that would Morroco allow Naija a pass to the final given that Egypt their fellow Arab country just got booted out by Senegal?? That match is most definitely gonna be a tough battle for us. |
You ehn!!? ![]() LordIsaac: |
Gratitude is everything mehn! We take a lot of ordinary things for granted. Like the act of pooping and peeing for instance. Sometimes I pause and take a moment to appreciate that very act because there some persons on the hospital beds who are permanently on dialysis that would give anything in the world just so that they could do what they used to do, something we're all freely doing and take for granted. grandstar: |
"Brighton recruit well; they recruit their players well, recruit their coaches well and they coach their players well"....... Commentator. This is the very opposite of United and what they have been failing to do since after Fergie. Omo, these United team have a long way to go, always blowing hot and cold. They're so bang average in their football especially that overrated Mainoo and Ugarte. Those guys na minus for Manutd midfield. Fletcher messed up his game with his first team selection against a very good Brighton side. |
Omo, just in.....Egy 3 CIV2. Game on! This Cote invoire team stubborn sha. They just don't know when they're beaten. Dem get some kind dangerous setpieces. It's like they're ready to make this game go down to the wire. The Egyptians are getting very nervous 😊 |
I just like the way dem rhyme blend.... Algeria vs Nigeria......Alnigeria Ajayi / Osayi......Ajosayi. Btw, I just hope we don't get to regret these chances we've so much created against Algeria. Our football is so good to watch. Go Eagles! |
😁😊You try for this comment. Really epic reply for this person wey dey form patriotic 👍 Cmanforall: |
Very few people gave Chelsea any chance of getting something out of this game vs City given their current situation. This draw felt like a defeat to Mancity who felt they needed 3 points against CFC, having dropped 2 points against Sunderland the last time. The biggest winner here is Arsenal. This draw simply extended their points, 6 points in the lead. This league is theirs to lose and it's long overdue. COYG! |
I thought the same thing too. The ball bounced off the Tunisian unto Osayi's hand. Some penalties these days are just ridiculous, makes one want to hate football. That Ref dey fear those terroristic NotAfricans 😁😆.Hence had to give them the pen to spare himself. tolurx: |
😁😊As in ehn, she turn her normal human llips to frog own. If this is not mental illness, don't what else to call it. And she was so lovely before this ugly, wack job transformation. Shm! Kingluqman: |
This Joe Gomez guy is beginning to remind of a certain Phil Jones of Manchester United in terms of being injury prone, but he's a better defender than Phil will ever be. Gomez always there as one of the defensive options for LFC but not always available for consistent performance through out the season. Btw, Salah did make a telling contribution today as a sub. And that was good for him, putting him back in favor with the club after his recent outbursts. Nice way to go off to the Afcon. |
In other words, he was simply window shopping her 😊. Her situation reminds me of the Singer', James Blunt's song, You're Beautiful...... "You're beautiful You're beautiful You're beautiful, it's true I saw your face in a crowded place And I don't know what to do 'Cause I'll never be with you" shilenji:aww |
I too like Szobo. That jersey number 8 too fit am. With the poor run of form LFC is having, he keeps standing out of the team with good, energetic performances. Despite going over Inter Milan with the penalty, LFC was actually the better side. There was solidity to their game tonight without the presence of a certain passenger player who thinks he's too big to do some basic work for the team. |
Na you look name o. At first glance, that picture seems too good looking to be Gattuso 😊. And btw,na so that guy like Gattuso??That guy's clearly not been following Gattuso's coaching career, person wey dey flop anyhow for coaching. And he's currently struggling with Italy Angelfrost: |
Such a brilliant move by Szobo to regain LFC lead, 2-3. But their defense is too shaky It's game on! |
The timing of the goal is so heartbreaking for Arsenal fans. Last kick of the game. A draw would have been better for them. |
No be so the same way Bissaka in Congo DRC colours frustrate Super Eagles attack in that one-off game WC qualifier. Wan Bisa defensive game has since mature from the time he was @ United. Westham is a team fighting for EPL survival, so the the draw didn't surprise me, especially when United has been performing inconsistently Nazgul: |
Same thing happened to TAA when he was subbed on in that feisty game btw LFC and Real Madrid. The guy no fit play anything given the fact that he's now playing against the team that he was only part of some few months ago. That affiliation feelings would somehow be there. Today's match, ditto Madueke. Chelsea is currently in form and really wanted to get something out of this game. Christianos: |
Crystal Palace no go play good football and would gladly frustrate their opponent in doing so. Nice, hard fought win for United after their embarrassing home defeat to Everton last week. They just had to dig out something from this match |
Timber's body built reminds me of Manutd's Mbuemo. Dem thick reach ground 😊. And that his name fits him so well Arda1000: |
What's not to like about this Arsenal team?? It's just so complete, 💯. I just hope that they keep maintaining this momentum and then up the ante beyond that UCL semifinals of last season. Since 2006 final vs FCB, that's quite long time. And if the team manages to get to the final and win it, perhaps with the EPL title in the kitty, they'd be compared with or even rated higher than the so called Invincibles |
What does that says to Frimpong? That is he wasn't bought for crucial games like this one. It's a sad situation for that guy who was playing so frequently @ Leverkusen. The problems at the back would have been a little bearable if Salah was at least in form. That would have probably gingered that slacker Isak and Wirtz. Since the beginning of the season, Salah hasn't been himself. He seems not to have gotten over Jota's loss. If there's a good offer come January, LFC should just take the money. The guy's heart seems not to be there anymore and has done enough for the club to be let go. Etuagievin: |
Even his head today outshone his performance. The guy too play rubbish for the match. He was so off his gameVOsimhen144: |
Gueye was the aggressor. He slapped Kean first. That's what the commentator said made the ref gave Gueye the red card despite Kean pushing him. The situation is not new, to my surprise though. The match Pundits had to show some matches in the past, especially one in 2008 where a similar thing happened. This Man United team has a long way to go. A better team could have walloped this Everton team that had to play for almost 75 minutes. Even a draw that they couldn't manage to get would have felt like a loss to some of United fans given the situation. Those guys no just dey try Freshtruth:
|
With Ebe Eze blazing hot like this, Odegaard is going to have to work extra hard to displace this guy in that midfield. This EPL title this season is Arsenal's to lose. It's long overdue. That Arteta Process really suppose mature into a title win this season |
Guy don't beat yourself up over this matter and be feeling guilty for failing to help some of these people. If you keep on like this you going to be drained of the small thing wey you dey suffry manage. Those people have the thinking that money grows on tree over there, that it's easily gotten. They're likely to see whatever money you send them as small change and are not really appreciative about it. I'm not telling you to be stingy but just use your discretion while doing some of these your generous acts. And it should be occasional. Always sense the attitude of your beneficiary to check if they're feeling entitled to your money or taking your assistance for granted. And that your lecturer friend wey him cup don full, simply cut him off abeg Nairaland111: |
Bro, the hypothetical scenario you're comparing this to is entirely different. The people he has influenced or incited to carried out all that unlawful activities that he has been found quilty of, those people thought they had a judicious end in sight, which is the actualization of Biafra, which made them do what they did. And it seems to me that NK doesn't want to admit that he has even indirectly encouraged those unlawful acts against FG because he sees nothing wrong with his cause for Biafra secession. A treasonable act to FG. This is such a lonely battle. I feel sorry for the man. aariwa: |
I thought as much. 😁 Coz all that cry no be ordinary one. Some na for japa format wey don cast muyico: |
