I think its from the operating system. and i don,t want to format the system, cos of the features on the system. what can i do?

what i noticed about this star quest of a thing was that, they are not searching for an individual talent.
All they want is an artist that can sing and play and instrument.
I think thats not the way to run it, cos we have reggae artist that are good, rappers.
