I know say una dey see money well well for filling station. If you canbe sure of saving some reasonable money within two years in filling station, pls stay there. But if it's just another survival mechanism, go and endure the ethanol company.

No growth in the company.... What most people do is to get the experience and move to grow elsewhere cos you will learn on the job the hard way

It's possible that your absence created a vacuum of expertise and they want you to come back and train up somebody before they can finally boot you out.
If they are calling you back because they have realized you were innocent, I will suggest you go back. Else, please stay put at your filling station and keep on looking out for better opportunities

If you want to make more money especially by crooking and not grow professionally then take the gas station job

If you are marriageable and willing to have a career lady for a wife go for the chemical engineering job

But if you want to have girls to bang everyday without even spending money then be the gas station manager

The two jobs are ok depends what you want to achieve..
The later is even very lucrative especially now that fuel will soon sell for 345/ltr

The salary of the filling station is 90k with a pension scheme,1 month leave with allowance,13th month salary......
The ethanol pays 90k with overtime can take it to like 130k, there's is pension scheme, HMO, 1month leave with allowance buh you will be allowed to go for 2weeks and sell the remaining 2weeks,13th month salary....Just that the environment is very toxic and there's no job security at all,the work pressure is so high, there's is yearly salary increment

you are right on your second point, but thats another story totally bro. The thing is, if your currency is not backed by your economy and production, then knocking off all the zeros in the world wont stop it from inflating. and in the case of ghana, the cedi has worsened even more than the Naira.

if the cedi has gone from 1 cedi to 1 dollar after redomination to over 100cedi to 1$, that means it is now worse than it was before redomination.

I am a graduate of chemical engineering. I have experience in refining process and I have also worked in a fruit juice company.. presently,I work as a filling station manager on a 2-2 days shift basis. So,I want to ask which professional course can I do which relates a chemical engineer and being a filling station manager that will help improve my skills....
I am also thinking of a side hustle which I can be doing to atleast bring me extra income....
