They have presented valid Congolese passports to FIFA. That’s why they’re able to switch.

Only DRC can validate a DRC passport. So If DRC government says their passport is valid. Then it is valid pending other FIFA requirements such has showing actual connection to the country via descent.

FIFA does not have the jurisdiction to interpret or even debate DRC law, or her failure to uphold it. Their refusal to renounce is not FIFAs business.
They have presented Valid Congolese passports based on “Fictitious Information” that FIFA wasn’t aware of prior to approval. If those approval were approved based on “False information and illegality” There’s a case. FIFA has a history of slow approval towards Dual-Nationality of west African players specifically due to passport issues and their approval usually takes 1 to 2 years for west African Players. Congo were able to approve 6 players in less than 3 Months. That alone is very suspicious and needs to be looked Into. We need all our Attorneys to scrutinize and ensure that No FIFA laws were broken prior to that approval. The Congolese, Belgium and England Constitution needs to be thoroughly investigated by our Attorneys. If Congo submitted fictitious information to fifa prior approval by FIFA, they must be Punished and if no fictitious information were used, they should represent Africa. At the end of the day, Law is law and it needs to be enforced irrespective of NFF incompetence or our players horrible performance

To those of you ignoring DR Congo obvious breach of their Constitutional law pertaining FIFA clearance. Ask yourself how come FIFA an organization that usually take over 1 year to clear west African players were able to clear 6 Congolese players in few Months. It happened simply because there was a breach of their own Constitutional law. A player like Victor moses and Ademola lookman weren’t cleared to play for Nigeria in over 2 years and Nigeria has a Dual-citizenship Law in effect. I do not care whether NFF is an inept organization or super eagles aren’t in form. The law is the law and anyone that breaks the law should be penalized for it. Otherwise, it fails to become the law

If as a country you say you don't operate dual citizenship and then you use a dual citizenship player, what it means is that you have used a player that is not your citizen. The implication is that every country can then use players who are not their own citizens.
The fact that we haven’t Capped Gift Orban due to some eligibility Issues despite being in-form clearly state that we respect the laws. On our end, we have to inquire on players like Bassey, Ademola Lookman to ensure that we didn’t break similar rules because what’s good for the goose is good for the gander

If DR Congo broke the Rules, they have to be held accountable and punished. It doesn’t matter how inefficient NFF are or how horrible/Awesome Nigeria Performs. If they didn’t break the Rules, they must represent Africa. At the end of the day, rules are rules and regulations are regulations. All our Attorneys in the house needs to scrutinize that FIFA eligibility/Dual Citizenship rules and inquire whether Dr Congo broke any dual citizenship rules. There is a Reason why NFF hasn’t fielded Gift Orban despite being in-form and hasn’t formally represented Togo at the senior Team. It is because we aren’t trying to break any rules

Cap ahbi? If I ask you to name one striker Nigeria has ever produced with better numbers than Osimhen even in the so called golden ages, you’ll start replying me with 10 paragraphs of word salad.

Sha learn to think objectively. If we could have an Osimhen easily, we should have had at least five since the 80s.
Osimhen a talented player I hope you know hasn’t qualified us for a World Cup nor won an ANC. While he is talented, in order to surpass an incumbent, you have to match or surpass that incumbents achievement for your national team. It’s not about scoring against São Tomé. Can you help us beat Ghana at Accra or Ivory Coast at the final

Leave them to keep coping. Osimhen is the greatest talent Nigeria has had in football. The chances of having someone like him again soon is low. I’m not talking about dual nationality players that we wouldn’t even be able to get.

Naturally I wished he would be the best he can be and dominate the football world. Osimhen signing permanently for Gala is a sad story and as far as I’m concerned there’s nothing to be excited about there.
Osimhen is a Starboy but lookman is equally as good

I don't necessarily agree with the Osimhen extension but you guys are pounding on it without context. Like many had stated here, ADL is a difficult man to do business with and everybody in Europe knows that. Osimhen had a prior contract that was to end 2025 without a release clause. What that means is that Osimhen was largely at the mercy of ADL's whenever prospective clubs came.

What then did Victor do, he got double is salary, plus inserted a reasonable release clause while at the same time extending just by one year. The hope was that a reasonable clause will be easy for prospective clubs to pay when the time came.

I challenge anyone here to go online prior to Victor signing that contract and produce evidence where ADL valued Victor less than £100M. Even PSG amongst a few other clubs was reportedly ready to pay £100 at the time. If I remember correctly, ADL was quoted as saying £100M covered only one of Victor's leg when the Saudis offered a little over that for Victor's signature. Victor really had 2 choices, one was see out his contract at Napoli and leave for free or force ADL to sell last summer while putting to anger a city he had called home the last couple of years prior (which I wanted him to do why the way), or extend just by one year with a reasonable release clause while earning double his salary at the same time.

So when you're guys bring up the release clause, please realise it wasn't an unreasonable move at the time. In fact for someone who didn't wanted to leave well, it was a win-win situation for both parties.
Exactly, yes men are the worst set of people to surround yourself. Imagine calling 75 million astronomical for osimhen in today’s market instead of saying the truth of the matter. Make yes men no near lookman

But, on many occasions, Victor Osimhen has drifted to the wings and have done well. I don't think he will have trouble there. It is just his build and pressure that makes coaches always up for him to play upfront.
Osimhen is not a winger at all. He is an intelligent player so he can play forward and drift to the wing occasionally but it’s a set up playing him on the wings

He is a very shrewd business man well known to Italian football cabal.
VO9 is in for a loooonnnngggg thing.
He might be but on this case, I disagree. 75 million dollars is more than enough for any big clubs to sign osimhen in today’s market. I will even say that 75 million is below his market value. The man purchased osimhnen for 78 million and has paid few years of salary and you think 75 million isn’t appropriate enough. On a normal circumstance, osimhen worth above 100 Million

Don't mind him and his praise singers here.

He messed up big time...imagine he accepted Chelsea offer last season even though it was a loan instead of going to Gala....he try put up those numbers he scored for Gala and with this trophies his stock would've risen so highly and many top clubs would have come for him even Chelsea would've signed him permanently with his preferred wage

Dude has bad advisers and agent. If his agent has sense he should offer him to Liverpool and with plans for oshimen to reduce his wages
The sad part of it is that, the longer he declines signing for a big club at his club, the more difficult it will be to sign for them because as the season goes by, a new striker emerges. For example, Chelsea new striker looks like a potential world class player and dude came out from oblivion

It wasn’t any trap. 75 million release clause is as good as it gets for a player on his caliber. To be fair to Napoli, they purchased osimhen for 75 Million and you’re telling them to sell him for 50 million -25 of his purchase price. That’s a big L to them. Mind you, star boy is still at his prime and realistically has like 5 prime years

One thing that I have noticed with Nigerians is that when they like you, they will become biased. Mikel obi has been attacking everyone from our federation, NFF and even his family members on his podcast and no one has counseled him. Mind you, people treat you how you treat yourself and if you keep attacking your own publicly, don’t become surprised when foreigners attack you. Now, it seems like Siasia is prepared for a GBAS GBOS and you’re scolding siasia. This is how starboy referred to himself as a “coconut head” on twitter and became irate when Napoli referred to him as a “Coconut head”. In this life, how you make your bed is how you will lay on it

When I was preaching that he should conclude in good terms with Napoli, Nigerians “yes men” were egging him to beef his club. It’s quite possible that, there might be backend slandering involved. Ironically, it’s the slandered Napoli that signed him for an astronomical salary. Hopefully, God shows mercy and he/nigerians learns a valuable lesson

Osimhen's overenthusiasm might be his weakness. He really needs to learn a whole lot. Pls if I recall well, when he won the league with Napoli he flew his family in to Italy . His elder sister had called him out on social media to express her pain (this things all starts in the family) about how Osimhen treated her husband who was Osimhen's agent/sponsor. In fact she was barely happy in any of the photos, her unmet psychological expectations from the sour relationship...

Osimhen wins the league with Gala and this time brings in Tunde Ednut , VDM and his beloved all loving family of twitter influencers. His daughter and Cameroonian girlfriend (still in his life picture) but without his immediate family to celebrate the rally?? Why though will this happen?

His outburst with Finidi is left to time to heal for me as a Nigerian . But his medium and language of communication was totally preposterous. Is that how he actually talks when pissed or upset? That's not a man stuff and I recall his elder sister spelling it out that he is a boy.
Paparazzi are always flooding or after celebrities, but you will go after one and snatch his camera or whatever happened, this can only be swept under the carpet by the influence of his big club Gala. but to others in the business this seems like a turn off in personality. Even Balotelli is more European to Osimhen, Ballo could attract the big clubs he is black with an Italian identity. You are not.
Osimhen cannot continue to be a boy. Life will hit you and to go to Saudi , because of who or what is a backhand slap on his quality of football. Quietly , Fabian Ruiz is doing great with PSG. Kvara scored in the CL final as well. Kim Min will always win at Bayern. Wining at Gala is good. going to Saudi is bad. But worse is his character that cannot sustain his relationship with family and his work.
But balotelli despite a worse attitude got to play for Inter, Ac Milan, man city, and Liverpool. 4 big clubs gave balotelli a chance. The issue is a Wage or Napoli slandering him on the backend

To be fair to osimhen, 30 Million net is an astronomical amount of offer for any Nigerian not to consider especially as football life span isn’t the longest. His response should involve God, prayers, advisors, coaches, well wishers prior to making any decisions. It’s not like if one will automatically become a bad player

I haven't discredited VO or in any way dislike him.

I simply see him as an outstanding top level striker who is not world class yet. That's all.

When I say Haaland, Mbappe, Kane, Salah, Lewondosky, Maybe Lukaku, etc it's about consistent continues top level excellent performances over several seasons.

VO so far has had one outstandingly excellent season in a top flight season where he scored for the first time above 20 goals in his career. When Napoli won the Scudetto and he got 27 league goals.

He is still an amazing outstanding striker but for most people it's about doing it season after season consistently.

Saka for me is world class because of his outstanding consistency , season after a season as a left sided winger incredible amounts of assists and goals. That's world class outstanding consistency.

Would you call Dembele, Martinez, Retegui, Gyökeres, Isak , world class ❓
That’s the issue with “Yes men” whenever they like a player, everyone else is supposed to Lie and follow their agenda.
No one said osimhen isn’t a Good striker
No one said that osimhen hasn’t had one world class seasons. What komekh has been saying from day 1 is that, in order to be a world class striker, one has to be consistent at a Major league level consistently for a few seasons and such rules applies towards everyone including osimhen. There are no exceptions to football rules and regulations and just because we like a player doesn’t negate facts.
Nonetheless, I believe that in addition to being a world class talent, osimhen is also a product of Grace. He just needs to surround himself with the right advisors that has his best interest at heart and can constructively correct him to always make the best decision because talent wise, the boy is the most Talented African striker that I have seen since the Era of Drogba and Samuel Etoo and with the proper advisors/agents, the sky is the limit
