See the way you’re talking like you would have ever made it to Europe as a footballer
Someone that puts in the work everyday
You think it’s by talking ?
Are you the best globally in your field of endeavour ?
Seems some of you don’t know what hardwork is at all
Abeg sharrap chukwueze issue isn’t lack of talent but hardwork, seriousness and dedication issue. There was a time that, chukwueze and saka were compared here. One thing I don’t tolerate from people is laziness, unseriousness especially when talented

Nkita no one is siding with any coach we’re just applying wisdom. Gasperini was wrong but Lookman is a black man and his club will side with Gasperini. Additionally, the goal is to avoid being temporarily blacklisted for a year. Similar situation occurred with Starboy and he had to waste a season at the kebab league. Why would any sane individual advice Lookman to do agidi understanding the racism, biased was an African man faces. Once he signs for another big team in the summer, he can do Agidi

You guy and this clownish mentality. Everyone is condemning the disrespect from the coach, CAF, NFF, even Atalanta as a club. Nobody is gourding Lookman to take any rash decisions and he has put out a statement and that's it.
Let also make this clarity, Osimhen issue and that of Lookman are not the same. One was disrespected by the club, while the other was the coach and has nothing to do with his club.
You just saw osimhen being gaslighted by fans to do agidi with Napoli and had to sign for a kebab league in his prime for 1 year. (Waste of a year) and your asking Lookman to do the same agidi so he can be blacklisted for one year? Never receive counsel from people that has lack of accountability. Yes, gasperini was wrong but but but, the clubs always has leverage and your a black man

Since Lookman has clarified that, the designated penalty taker instructed him to take that penalty, Gasperini and Atalanta should just apologize and let the case close. I don’t want super eagles best player to be in discord with his club.

How can Chukwueze find his way to Aston Villa ?
Is Chukwueze better than Villa’s right wing starter ?
Boy needs to move in the summer
Hoping his former coach will try to get him
Milan not going to give him playing time

Who starts on the right wing for Aston Villa ?
His head is not correct. The guy found his way to Ac Milan and performed below average. An historic club like milan

Lookman please don’t allow Nigerians or the devil to allow you to revolt against your club and demarket yourself . As a professional, you shouldn’t be picking the ball when you’re not the designated penalty taker and although I don’t agree with your coach public outrage but you should resolve it internally. The coach might had said that to reduce pressure on him

Nigerian players are so disrespected. For example, psg were interested in lookman during the summer and couldn’t even offer 50 million for him. Yet, they offered 75 million for kvara without hesitation. Today, man city ignored lookman and osimhen while signing marmoush despite being an half a season wonder his entire career. Very disrespectful to lookman and osimhen. Nigerian players has to be twice as good as their Arab, latino and even white players to be signed by the big clubs

No need trying to bring down people's opinions on the thread. If you disagree, state your points to enlighten us.

Personally, based on eye test, I think Aina is a better defender than Trent Arnold Alexander. But, I think Trent brings more tactically when you consider his intuition, vision, the way he reads the game, his passes, his crosses. This is what separates Trent from Aina. When it comes to defending and marking, and also skill on the ball, I feel Aina is better but overall I think Trent is hands down the better player.

Note, this is based strictly on eye test from watching both players. Stats might paint a different picture but watching them, the above is my opinion.
I don’t argue with foolishness. Go on transfer market and compare both players rating. If that isn’t enough, ask opta stats and other EPL pundits. One player is rated 75 million while the other is 14 million and you want to debate who’s rated higher?

He is currently the best!!! And he doesn't want to relinquish that for this season. At this rate, only injury can pause that run of per-form-ance
You mean that, Aina is better than TAA of Liverpool? Transfermarket, epl pundits, statistics, OPTA totally disagrees. One thing about most pundits here is their penchant for displaying emotional biased towards Football Analysis. They don’t care about Facts, Data, statistics and just boldly assert incorrect information as facts. Aina is a good player and inform but he isn’t a better RB than TAA

The year that osimhen won the APOY by leading Napoli to their first title in over 30 years and being their best or 2nd best player during that season. I doubt any version of Yaya toure was more exceptional or would had detroned osimhen let alone lookman. Osimhen 22/23 season was more impressive than yaya 2013 season

African Player of the Year 2025 maths
My opinion 😅😆

Salah can stat pad all he wants in the EPL but if
Liverpool wins the EPL and Atalanta wins the Scudetto, African best award will go to Lookman because it’s not normal for Atalanta to win Serie A
That’s record breaking
It’s unprecedented

Only thing that will hinder Lookman from retaining the award is if Liverpool get to UCL semifinals
If Liverpool get to UCL finals and win the EPL , Mo Salah since George Weah will win the Ballon d’or and all the other awards available

I would like to see a rematch of Liverpool vs Atalanta in the UCL knockout stages, I just wanna see the better team. I don’t think Atalanta will easily take the L though 😅
Maybe Liverpool will revenge for last seasons UEL knockout

I doubt CAF will take World Cup qualification serious
If salah continues this way, he will also win the BDO

Napoli have given the green light for Victor Osimhen to transfer in January.

His availability has already been made known to several Premier League clubs like Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Aston Villa, according to TBR Football

The striker’s price tag is 75 Million Euros or 60 Million Pounds.

There is a breakup clause in Osimhen’s loan deal to Turkish champions Galatasaray.

However, the player himself will have to sanction this early transfer after he had given his word to ‘Gala’ that he will not walk out on them next month.
Historically Chelsea and arsenal has a reputation for creating world class African or black strikers and i will sign for them.. but a Nigerian playing for a historical big club like united is just tantalizing

He has nothing to prove and can’t force himself on any club. Any club who needs his services know what to do. He actually call the shots now and not the other way round. His current form and performances ensures that.

You must be the only pundit left(if indeed you are) who still feels he’s a one season wonder. We’ve sailed past that long ago. As for World Cup qualification that’s not even in our hands as a nation any longer talk less of a single player like osihmen.
He has everything to prove except he just want to be remembered as a one season wonder that brought the Seria A to Napoli and went into oblivion. This is a world class talent that hasn’t won the champions league, African nations cup, qualified Nigeria for a World Cup, won another major league title and even contest for the Balon D’or you’re saying has nothing to prove. SALAH was described as a one season wonder after his world class season with Liverpool. He had to consistently replicate his world class season. Now, people are including him among EPL all time greatest wingers. Osimhen needs to leave that league ASAP

This comparism is lame comparing prime Osimehn playing in backwater league to an aged Lukaku who is probably close to retirement
I feel like osimhen on this current Napoli team would had won the league once again. If they’re 2nd despite an aging lukaku as their tailsman. Now, imagine a young osimhen as their top man. This is why players need to keep good relationships with their club side regardless of any transfer because one doesn’t know who they will need in the future
