Just got a refusal. How do I address this ?? 1) I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay. As stipulated by subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, base on your family ties in a Canada and in your country of residence. 2) I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status. Phatkayconcept: Sorry for the refusal.
Your refusal reason seems simple and yet complicated. Do you have a job? Do you have payment proof from your employer Do you attached all details of employment to your application.
If you can provide background info about your current job prior to application, that can provide pointer to your future job prospects.
If you can answer, that would be great. |

Can you help me go through my Sop and LOE please sir I have just been refused visa again. mundus: LACK OF FUNDS
Since you said you are employed in your Dad's company, it means you receive a salary. You will need to show that through your personal SOA. Attach your payslip if you have.
Also, It wouldn't be out of place for your Dad to state how much he is committing to your education (in the sponsorship affidavit letter) and also to have him transfer part of the money to your personal account. BTW, is the statement of account you submitted your Dad's personal account or Company's account?
Did you attach the receipt from the school after you paid Tuition? If you didn't, you will need to do that?
TRAVEL HISTORY
It's interesting that after being to US and Europe, they are coming up with 'travel history' as an excuse. You will need to do an LOE, emphasizing that you have a good travel history. Have you been denied Visa before? If yes, did you state it in your application?
FAMILY TIES: You probably didn't emphasize this very well. Beyond being one of the BOD in your father's company, you have to explain to the VO how indispensable you are to your Dad's business. In the letter of Recommendation from your Dad's company, did they emphasize that you will be coming back to help the business grow? If not, you may want to have them add it to the letter. Finally, do you have any property in your name?
Good luck with the application. |

ehiremen2002: I applied for student permit Jan 29th and completed my biometric Feb 5th. I notice a correspondence letter was sent to me couple of minute ago. Validity of Biometric, does it mean the application will be rejected? I got the same thing (BVL) like 11days after biometric submission. I don’t know why |
