He almost did the same thing with Fashola but save for the PDP controlling the central government and by extension “the judiciary”. He’d have received his disgrace under the Fashola government because documents to aid his incarceration by ICPC could have been fast-tracked. But now he got the central government’s backing.

I have no respect whatsoever for any South-westerner in Nigeria. You guys sit down to talk about how intelligent you all are but the events in the past few months suggests otherwise! This is the peak of mental-redundancy. I can’t take you guys serious.

And to Ambode, take heart. The governorship position is not the end of life. You shall be honoured in due course.

Look at this one, why are you crying more than the berieved? You must be a todler from the South Bêast part of the country, so you want south westerners to start setting goverment properties ablaze because Ambode did not emerge as APC candidate? we are not like that and moreover it's there party's business.

Coconut refinery loool. Our leaders lack ideas. They should think about the future not to score political points. Our problem is power and stopping importation of fuel. Then investing in ICT and Automation. Any other thing outside these is just deceit.

Your problem is power and you think It's a state governor that will provide such power for the whole country even when no state is autonomous to generate her own power! For your info, electricity is not a major problem in that part of the world, I spent a year there and I'm convinced a project of this nature will generate a lot of income to the state. The state is agrarian, obviously agro allied industry will thrive there.

Rightly said Davido, any reasonable nephew will go to whatever lenght to see his uncle victorious in a context like this. Your uncle has really tried, he seems to be the most successful unknown politician I ever seen. He came to the limelight only after the demise of his brother (Isiaka) and denial of the senatorial ticket by the APC, but the way he's going he can even defeat the president if he contests against him.

Pls tell him to give us a new dancing step to mock his opponents.

Hmmmmmm, the inconclusiveness of the election was not what baffled me, what baffles me is how a candidate with ordinary WASC certificate pull such a crowd of voters, I never knew he could go that much in a state that was reported to have the highest number of tertiary institutions.

Education is truly overrated.
