Is it only schools in UK that is covered by the NDDC schorlarship?
Pls anybody help me on this.

They have MOU with uni of aberdeen,cranfield,coventry,teesside uni,uni of east anglia and so on...All in UK.However,one can use other schools but at your peril if the money does not come quick.Also,the scholarship is 30k USD and it includes cost of living in the country thereof.Hope this helps

Take a bus going to obigbo.Tell them that you are stopping at tap junction(just after checkpoint).u can take a byke(50naira) to the training centre.The centre is not so far anyway.Goodluck

First it is indigene not indigin. A country where someone will abduct and molest a minor in the name of marriage without the consent of the parents.Regrettably,many are yet to see that as a crime.Furthermore,fulani herdsmen are killing unabated everywhere in the country as if they have license to kill.Are these your definition of peace?These leave much to be desired.Peace is not necessarily the absence of war.If we can not sit down and talk,then we should go our separate ways.The senseless killing of unarmed people requires a universal condemnation.It looks as if that we no longer uphold the sanctity of human life.I believe this is why we are not taken serious among the comity of nations.Lastly,the major feature of democracy is the supremacy of the law,but it seems that our laws are subverted or somewhat meaningless when these kind of issues come up.

Pls I need some info 4rm anyone who has a good knowledge abt d procedure of applying 4 Nddc scholarship. what I really want 2 knw is if it is mandatory 4 one 2 have been offered admission by an overseas university b4 one can apply? D talk of choosing a university 4rm nddc list is getting me confused i.e is dis step b4 or after application 4 d scholarship? I knw one of d requirement stated is dat one must have been offered admission by an overseas university...just wondering if there's any way around dis.

It is advisable that you get admission before applying because your course that u filled in the application is what will be used to ask you questions if you eventually make it to the interview stage.You can get admission in some u.k schools within days.On the application process,the mandatory things are marked,I remember vividly that u must fill your MSC course and institution.In the same vein,it is also advisable to use nddc school because nddc money does not usually come immediately your school starts.If it is those schools that they have MOU with,they will not bother you.However,it is not compulsory to go with the nddc schools.The scholarship is worth 30k usd,hence,you should also take that into consideration in your search for schools.Finally,you need not know anyone to get the scholarship because not only that I am a testimony to that but also I know many that knew nobody.GOOD LUCK

And again we should look at adherence to the set down rules,

while correcting ppl from their mistakes they might look at you as new in game thereby no adhering strictly to the specs,

Confirmed source...he and few others were invited for interview 12th,he arranged his for Monday 19th,and d others(acording to him) hd their interview that 12th)...it is allowed sha...bt let dem remember ppl in the merit list...got an invite diz evnin for group discussion stage...na God

Guys let us not lose hope in our dreams.I did not get this scholarship.However,I got another.The irony of it is that to leave ones work and go for MSC just got me thinking.Sometimes,we struggle for something and when we get it, a different feeling pops up ...All the best to all as I unfollow this wonderful thread with special people.

Most likely,the group discussion will have to be about a scenario involving team of engineers where you are required to engage in a team work to make engineering decisions in an analytical and well constructive manner....the topics i listed above covers the all that is required for the test

From the mail,it was stated that the test will last for two hours(120 minutes).Hence,I doubt if there will be group exercise and the rest.I think it will be for the next stage.All the best to all.

Thank you Lord for your Loving kindness.I finally made it.However,I do not know if it is wise to leave a job for MSC.

No news since then until I got a call from Agip on Thursday to send school account details. And this afternoon, the award letter came.

I will not forget 05/12/2009 in UNN Library.It was the inaugural edition and I was successful.We were about 510 scholars.It was 200 questions(each question 1k ).MTN foundation scholarship changed my life and saved me in school.I always feel indebted to them.Guess that is why I give preference to my MTN line now .Verbal, Maths and current affairs mainly.This is a wonderful opportunity for you guys.The most interesting part of the scholarship is the clause that one needs to maintain a cgpa of at least 3.50 in each academic session to be eligible for the next one.It keeps you on your toes.Wish you guys all the best.

Let us look at this from two aspects.First,if you were among 10 people that got a job that intends to pay 300k.Someone comes up with a 'proposal' that they can actually pay 60k so as to employ lets say 20 more people.they then ask you for suggestion.What will be your reaction?Another way that we can look at it is that your were called by Agip and told that your are the 5th person for the foreign scholarship.However,they just want to know if you still want them to go ahead with the proposal since u just missed out from the supposed first 4.what will you answer?...I just believe that people should enjoy the fruits of their labour whether agip scholarship or anything.Even 'james bond' in his movies try to save people and their dreams not the other way round....Lastly,if you are so in love with this proposal,you can go to the nearest corporate affairs office,register and set up your own firm so that you can fully implement it.Thank you

you are right.It is not the birthright of anybody.I just want to do my best in all(job or scholarship) by adequate preparation and hope that one or two clicks.Meanwhile,I will give in if the status quo is same by 20th August.

It is obvious that this scholarship is null & void. From the advert it was supposed 2 be for September intake, this is almost august stil nothing. When would the test hold followed by interview talk less of the award proper? Abi dragnet just open application without permission 4rm exxon mobil?

I do not think that it is an issue.Last year,it did not take upto 9 days from the exam date to when they sent successful guys invite for interview.They can round up everything within a month if they want.Dragnet can not release advert without authorization from the client.However,the good side of it is that we have ample time to prepare.Thank you

Come to think of it. It seems the delay is caused by the proposal. I hope it will favour most of us at the end.

I thought they said that people that have link with agip should not apply.You are talking as if you work there.calm down, i understand how it feels when you just want something to work out.However,my thinking is that your power no go pass here ...As you are praying for your plan to work out,some others that do not like your plan are praying otherwise....Let them decide as we wait earnestly.

Last year, mobil scholarship interview was between july 14- 16...I can only be hopeful.
