lol the only thing that will get one closer to God is obedience to his commandments.
It's as simple as that.

What if you need a revelation from God?

dingbang:
First of all let's ask ourself why we fast? And what are we fasting from?

Once you"ve answered these questions then u will be able to point out which ones are out of bounds.

It is usually to get close to God
Religion / Is Seeing Movies Or Hanging Out During Fasting acceptable to God. by baridamhoney(f): 9:08am On Nov 13, 2016
We all know that during fasting there are some hours that you will be bored and you will want to do something in order to keep your self busy before the time that you will finally break the fast. This usually occur either on weekends or during your work free days. Now, I want to know whether seeing a movie or hanging out with friends during fasting is a sin or whether it will still be acceptable to God

Why must you participate in shady businesses in the first place? If you're worried that they are not acceptable to God, don't participate in them!

Sighs... you know that we are human and we are fallible. It is only God that is not perfect. It is just like seeing and opportunity and not capturing it.

Greatzeus:
Pay tithe from any income gotten legally.
These two are operating in Nigeria because, they are not doing anything against the law of the country,if they were the government would not have allowed them to operate. So if they are legal source of income, you should, if they are not, then don't.

Ok are u saying that if gay marriage was in our constitution, it is acceptable to God?

A friend of mine thinks it is not right for him to pay tithe with his proceeds on Nairabet and MMM nigeria. I advised him to pay tithe on MMM money but he argued that the monies are not clean and tithe is supposed to be paid on clean money. Now I don't know how else to convince him. I wil like your opinion on this please.

My dear, let me be honest with you. They are not selling any goods. It is just a community of people helping themselves.
However, no law has been set to stop people from helping one another. So MMM is legal

Nairaland / General / MMM : The Story Of A Doubter Turned Car Owner by baridamhoney(f): 6:32am On Oct 20, 2016
On February 25, 2016. I was approached by a normal lady when I was travelling from Lagos to Port harcourt. The young lady(with a broken teeth and rough hair) introduced me to MMM which I didn't find interesting enough. Maybe it was because of her looks or body odour that didn't make her get my full attention. But for whatever It was, am now fully sorry.
Fast forward, about 3 months after, a colleague (Baridam aka baribabe) at the office bought a Tokunbo Honda 2004(EOD) and we all congratulated her. She also offered to take me out for a mini celebration. In the course of our outing, she also introduced me to MMM. I was happy to listen to her after she informed me that it is the last help she got from MMM that she used to buy her car. I was then hungered to join the community which I had long been criticising.
(flashback) in January this year I had decided to change my car. But things have not been working too fine due to the dwindling Economy. Even the 600 thousand naira that I had saved in January had turned to 500k.
After our outing, I told her to sign me up with 200,000 naira. When I was merged, I got scared again whether to still continue or withdraw. But with faith I provided the 200k help. I then got a help of 285,000 naira (that should be late june) after my first withdrawal, I provided another help of 700,000 naira which I got 913,000. In August, I then provided help of 1,200,000 million which I finally got a help of 1,580,000 million. The money that got me my new car last month.
I make bold to confirm that MMM is Real. It helped me to multiply my 500,000 to 1.5 million in about 4 months.
For those of you that will like to know the pros and cons in MMM, kindly contact me on 09054844261. I can sign you up and then guide you on how to invest in the programme.
Thank you Baribabe
