@poster, Very interesting, indeed. |
@Nsiman, Rating please? |
RATE GEJ! Honestly just search your inner self, the fancy name of GOODLUCK to one side and the nice looking Bowler Cap, take away your ethnic and regional affiliation and GEJ’S very well choreographed speeches, what exactly Is President Ebele’s administration doing any different from others before him. Corruption? Economy? Security? Transparency? Electoral Reform? Score him Over 10. |
Mtscewww. How is that a problem? Responses from my quote has been pouring in. I thought you want to say something important. Go and grieve your ndigbo disunity abeg. |
Quote fom @ilugunboy: Very bitter and confused old man. Too bad, the train has left people like him behind and they are failing to realize where Nigeria is heading to. Such a man with so much hatred bottled up in him is dangerous. And what are they feee dee feee still doing with him? May be your are more confused. |
Quote from Andrew Uweh Yesterday Any link to where Ekwueme was tear gassed in Owerri?. Lil fry, stop shifting the goal post all the time. Who is even talking about Ojukwu or Nzeogwu.?.Once again, leave Ndigbo alone and do not take pain-killers for someone's headache. Am sick and tired of all the dimwits here who know nothing except spreading lies about Ndigbo It's not your fault bozo, me know your hourly menial jobs washing dishes has done you pretty bad lately, sad. I am sorry I referred to Alex Ekwueme tear gassed. All the same, I meant to say Dr. Chuba Okadigbo. See www.thisdayonline.com/archive/2003/, As much as I hate joining issues with goats like you, I must say how is taking pain killers over someone's headache my problem? And you could see how foolish you are by admitting the ndigbos have the highlighted problem. Your mumu dey smell. Go, run off to your menial job quick, and stop wasting your time on nairaland. |
Quote from @ Brain-dead monkey, stop chatting further crap. You wrote about how Ndigbo disappointed Ekwueme then I responded with what happens in other regions. Have you swallowed what you first wrote. What progressives are you ranting about?. Are Ndigbo not found in progressive parties?. Let Ndigbo be as they are not responsible for your jobless life Brain dead monkey, ke? Anyway, why are you so bothered about Alex Ekwueme, besides, it is true the ndigbo left him in the cold. Even when he tried to fight for you, he was tear gassed at owerri concorde hotel. Abi na dokpesi do am? He was thrown out to hold his conference in the sun. Name me one one Igbo leader, that was in the core progressive of yore. Peeps like aminu kano, he fought the establishment, awolowo, even adaka boro/saro wiwa. We are not talking of nzeogwu, the coupist or dim ojukwu the secessionist. Mtschewww FYI, I am gainfully employed, from a good parental background. |
Quote from @ndre Uweh, ^^^Every eediot on nairaland will not mind his or her problem. Barkono or whatever idiotic name you bear, why do you cry for a fat-head man when you are not the one to make his hats?. Any thing Igbo gives you sleepless nights. Only recently, Atiku lost elections in his home state, yet no one is crying, Obj lost elections in his native Ogun state yet no qualms. Shehu Yar'adua beat Yorubas in Oyo state yet no problems. Olu fale beat Yar'adua in Kaduna, no one ran his smelly mouth. How about Abiola defeating Tofa in Kano?. Yet FOOOLS as Barkono is not remembering those ones. The only thing nairaland clowns can remember easily is how Ekwueme was let down, Rochas and Ndigbo. BTW, Ekwueme won his primaries in the East both in 1999 and 2003. @Barkono, stop displaying stupidity here as you have got no sense of history but arteries and veins supplying tribalism to your empty brains. CLown. See how clannish your mucus brain is. Who wants to know whether atiku, yar adua, tofa, abiola or obasanjo lost in their homestead. When it was zoned, it was zoned. We knew where it was swinging to in those past years, check your record. The crux of the topic is why the in-fighting in Igbo land over pdp positions. Could the Igbo man be trusted with leadership position? Why is there no cooperation amongst the stakeholders? Can't they shift from the mainstream politics and join forces with the "progressives", to achieve a result? All we know is that, the igbo can only unite around the naira sign. No principle. SMH |
Quote from @ udezue: I am not surprised this freak Alj harem will show up to make silly comments. Carry your gworo eating almajiri self and discuss issues concerning Kanuri and other useless muslim groups in your domain. As "united" as you are you have remained the most backward good-for-nothing heap of cow dung in Nigeria and Africa LMFAO. U bungled up you know. What has almajiri, goro, cow and backwardness got to do with this? A simple question was asked by @silami, and it was turned to mudslinging. Kai, too bad. I am of the opinion that honestly, the Igbos are nothing but a bunch of money baggers. Imagine an opportunity thrown to them for redemption, and possible take- over of leadership of this country by 2015, at most, or worst case scenerio, 2019, but they blew it away. Am saying this in the perspective of pdp. I see the average Igbo man as an "ego" man. Give him warreva, he will still let you down, as long as there is no naira sign on it. We have seen how they let Alex Ekwueme down, in the 1998 convention. How they let okadigbo down in 2003, how they fell Rochas Okorocha's hand in 2006. The in-fighting for senate leadership(banana peel), and pdp chairmanship post. Instead of going the "progressives" way, like sw in 1999,2007, culminating to ac n victories in taking over affairs in sw. Kano, Bauchi, zamfara and yobe prior to betrayals by some of the govs, in 2008 - 09. The only way the Igbos can redeem themselves and possess their possession, is to join the progressives, and forget this fell house of cards, pdp. Name callings, will not help your course, it will only compound it. The last time I checked the movement of cows to southern nigeria, apart from lagos and some part of sw has the highest consumption rate. Even the okija gods, have forsaken making sacrifices with goats, and have now turn to cows. And one irritating aspect of your post, is branding northerners as almajiri. Almajiri literally means pupil, malam is teacher, aboki is friend. All these are distinct from kidnappers/idolators. Be guided please. |
Breathe of fresh (fart) air! |
@DeCleff: You know what problem is? You are high on cheap kush, and I think always. You have started your expose, beautifully. I was expecting to see a write up, punctuated with relevant chapters and verses, in both the two religions, but I couldn't find any. Secondly, no paragraph, no dictum and paraphrases. My you are not a daft. Next please. |
@Lagosboy: Don't mind that unrepentant slave master, Jakumo.May the blood and spirit of our fore-fathers, from senegal to bight of benin to gold coast, who were carted without their will in Jakumo's slave ships, and thrown to sharks in the oceans,all in the name of slave trade torment and punish Jakumo for ever and ever, amen. |
@Jakumo, Firts of all buddy, we should make representations, to the house of commons, to change the first rule on magna carta. What we still refuse to understand, is we dey siddon je je for our african and asian jungles, when this oyinbo peeps came with their bible for hand, say dem be evangelist/explorers. Btw, who came to who first? Immigrants ko, immigrants ni. Abegi. KMT. |
Quote from Beaf: You surely know that sharia is not the definition of Islam, so you are the one playing the riligious card. Abeg, keep quiet. Buhari was at the forefront of a crusade to install sharia across the whole country. His words are indelibly cast in stone. I am neither a Christian nor a Muslim, but I value my freedom desperately, so I couldn't give a hoot about a wild eyed, fanatic president @ Beaf Who said so, that "sharia is not the definition of Islam". Is it your imagination. The corner stone of Islam and Muslims is Sharia. It is what guideth a man. I sometimes feel it is the fear of Buhari over Gej, that is bringing up this topic. Sharia law and principles, has nothing to do with you, so long as you are not a muslim. Have a look around, go to sharia spots of northern nigeria, see how people co exist. When was the last time you heard of clashes between christian and muslims in Kano? The state that first introduced sharia in nigeria, is zamfara. Have you heard of of any clash there? Please stop this fear mongering. The arch bishop of canterbury suggested a similar thing for Britain. Archbishop of Canterbury argues for Islamic law in Britain. ww.timesonline.co.uk/tol, Read full text of Archbishop's lecture on Islamic Law in Britain We have all over england access to islamic banking, which is coded and guided under islamic sharia jurisprudence. Charity organisations etc. We want an open system in our country. Like you said, you are neither a muslim or a christian, what you desire is your "freedom". Allow the muslims of nigeria say what is good for them. |
@ poster: Seconded. |
Quote from: Akainzo, This is just someone circulating old news as if it is new. The US Senate does not investigate money laundering neither is homeland security involved in that area that is specifically the purview of the FBI. The Homeland Security angle now is to attach some semblance of terrorism to the story and it only makes the story so much idiotic as any knowledgeable person about the US setup would clearly see the non-possibility of it. Does the guy even understand what wire fraud is compared to money laundering? msscheew Well said. The originator of this story, is high on cheap kush. |
Quote from: omamokta: Atiku does not deserve to be our president, from his utterances lately, he has lost it. If he thinks he can rule Nigeria without the south, he should ve asked the late MKO what he said about the Igbos during the 1992/93 presidential elections. He should remember there are alot of ABN today. He should thread softly instead of setting the country on It sounds to me, you are not averse with the sociology, economics and philosophy of politics. Ok, let's say he needs the south at 39% of total votes cast. If gej has 61% of total votes cast, will that make you happy? Politics is all about number. And I Atiku is being pragmatic. He is our no. 1 politician for now. |
@ Post: Why won't he wishes so, Nigeria has paid him, and well. |
Christ Embassy Church in Lagos, South-West Nigeria, is being turned into show business as members were made to part with N1, 000 each as gate fee before they could enter their church to attend the New Year’s Eve service.“Pastor said that to control the crowd and only allow genuine members who could do anyt, hing to be in church, it was good to pay a gate fee." @Ma_J_Blige: It is seems to me you don't know the dynamics of attracting direct foreign investment? 1. You have to invest in existing infrastructures, to make it look attractive. 2.You have to create a conducive environment e.g. Security, power, roads etc. 3.You must be credit worthy etc etc. These are some of the dynamics. Concession is another aspect of attracting direct foreign investment. There too, you must be credit worthy. Lagos State govt., invested 15billion nair, as part of their concession/PPP, with LCC. So be educated pls. |
@Mikeansy: They are beef, worthy of serving to the crocodiles. |
Quote from:Lagosboy Ijaw youths should go hug a transformer for all I care, if this same youths cannot prevent Odili from stealing billions from Rivers,Ibori from mortgaging their futire, Uduaghan from thieving their common wealth, Alams from looting their treasury they should bury their head in shame. The greatest enemy of the ND people are their own governors and leaders. What has Timi Alaibe done with the billions of the NDDC, what has the 12% revenue formula done to the ND states except expansion of their governors pockets. Charity begins at home and the youths should go fight the thieves amongst them before screaming cat and dog. GEG is as dumb as Humty Dumty and I repeat again that a president thats says publicly for us to pray for terrorists to confess their actions is not just a fool but a celeberated fool spiced up with idiocy. If we must have a ND leader let us have Utomi( i am not sure if Edo is considered ND though), let us have a brilliant,intelligent leader with a commanding swagger not a leader that his aides push around like a dummy with a big tummy GBAM!!! I say in Hausa, Allah ya yi maka albarka. |
Quote from holydante: Whatever coloration you guys want to give mudslinging, the average discerning mind knows what these self serving folks from the north are up to, one begins to wonder the reason for the glorious urge by them to rule the country by all means? Most of them have lost out in the scheme of things since Obj was installed and Yardua was just in the process of "reactivating" them before he unfortunatley kicked the bucket. People seem to be myopic in this country in the way these aboki's are accomodated all the time, can we realistically tell ourselves that the north would have still been part of this contraption called nigeria if about 80% this country's mainstay is domiciled up there? The time is apt for a soverign confrence otherwise this cycle of mediocrity, mutual suspision and conspiracy theories will forever bedevil this failed state. The "abokis" ain't going nowhere unless the southerners, say so. If you can muster 2/3 majority in the National and states houses of assemblies and say go the "abokis", why not. If you cannot keep your trap shut. The last time I checked, it was gej that kicked away SNC. |

", if by any chance he (Jonathan) gets the ticket. PDP will lose the election because most of the northerners will vote for Buhari, or vote a northerner candidate. One way or another, we have to win". Do you agree with him? |
@ evilspirit; First of all may God guide and protect us from you. Please we are discussing issue here "Don't Disturb" |
Quote from Beaf: It will not be long before we start seeing US drones bombing extremists in the North, just like in Pakistan. We can see how warped your mind is. The yankees are more smarter than that. They have respect for the people of the north than those who smitten their investment on daily basis in the creeks. Come to Kano, on a traditional sallah durbar, and see top CEOs of the major oil companies,ambassadors etc with their families, enjoying sallah celebrations. With no investments in the North, they are at home anytime. I wonder how Boko Haram is a threat to their investments? |
Quote from Abeem: Stock your attack on persons, focus on facts. Character assasination is not going to help your candidate win. And who in your warped mind is my candidate? |
kmt. |
Quote from: Nsiman: And u'll vote 4 the entire 63 presidential candidates? Id!otic defense You think so? You should be asking @johndoe.another Kongo meat like you. |
Quote from:johndoe200: Which of the many paid posters of Atiku are you? You guys just register names and think you are fooling people KMT, is Atiku your problem? There are sixty three registered parties in Nigeria, and four major parties, all with presidential aspirants. Why are you not bothered about the rest. At every turn, you snail brains, think Atiku. What has Atiku got to do with the topic here? Your mumu dey smell. |
http://english.aljazeera.net/news/africa/2010/12/2010123120182342788.htm At a time for grief, Ima Niboro is adding fuel to fire. Trying to muffle quality news. This man should be told of GEJ's approval for CNN and Aljazeera, at his ECWA church sermon on saturday 1/01/11. Who should we believe? There is no where in the link, where aljazeera relates Boko Haram to GEJ. |
