I have done that it is not working bro,i have exhausted every means even passed the verification test yet they can't accept my new email address.

Please my Facebook account has been hacked and I have done every necessary steps but my new email refused to be attached because the hacker also changed my email address but still bear my name,please help me even if it will cost me some money as long as you will get the account back from the hacker.
