i wonder what the f is wrong with them , you never hear us talking about hausas and yoruba that live in the east, there are hausa people in almost every street in enugu , plus several hausa/fulani communitites .yet we dont talk about them. for their mind we are the only nigerians that live outside our region.

The way I see it coming about here in the U.S. is by putting the positive front and center, our media are quick to headline something negative about us and we go right along with it instead of demanding that they follow the positive stories out there about us everyday. they will show a young black man picture over and over again who was arrested on drug charges etc. but what about the young black man who won a citywide essay contest put on by the city's NBA team or the young black girl who despite being homeless is at the top of her class in school and expert in music and also volunteer her spare time to help the elderly in her community.

There will always be those who choose to do the wrong thing but those people must be put in the background and not made the focus that gives a bad name to the whole group.
