Bro, I suggest you get acquainted with the law, as it doesn't matter whether YOU don't want the child or disown him If it is proven that the kid is yours (through DNA test), then you can disown him AND all his descendants, but you will STILL have to pay child support until he is 18yrs old.

When you disown him, he won't have any rights to your estate if you die without a will, but you will pay until the child (YOU brought into this world) is an adult.

But do you know you can avoid paying child support legally? Though the process might take time and might also be expensive but can still be achieved..

Bro it happens everyday with prenuptial agreement so it certainly can happen with surrogate. Look at all the cases of surrogate mother who signed the agreement and got paid, and when the child was born they later decided to keep the kid (even if the egg was not hers).... There is even a case in the US where the egg donor had to pay child support to the surrogate who kept the child.lol

That's because it is against the law to make a contract/agreement over a human life , and it is only when you legally ADOPT a child that it becomes your child.... NO other way!

So again, a surrogate can be paid millions and then turn around and change her mind (for whatever reason), and if the child hasn't been adopted by strangers, she will always have maternal rights over that kid.

Remember that on surrogacy, a child has the potential to have 3 biological parents... The egg donor, the sperm donor AND the surrogate who carried the pregnancy.

The only time she will lose her rights over that kids is if the child gets adopted. A surrogate is the exact same thing as a baby mama.

She coerced but get paid in million of dollars? LOL the judge will ask how old is she then, They will ask if she took the money then or not..
