The amnesty given to the ND what did they do with it that make them still demanding for another amnesty? Those that was given amnesty did they use it to develop their region? The one given to Asari he use it to build schools in Benin republic without doing anything in his region. If I am to analyse by each region and then analyse the true identity of these appointees, perhaps the south east quota will further be reduced to perhaps ten or five.

While I understand that competence comes first, there's every need to run an inclusive government especially in a country with diverse interest and views.
Failing to do so will definitely lead to cracks of disapproval, insubordination and insecurity.

North has 19 states with Abuja that make is 20 and the South has 17.
