jeruzi: Shut up. You don't use such word as Christians are ignorant nor too ignorant. Why use an arabic word? We all know arabic is peculiar to islam. Was Nigeria Colonized by the arabs, or is the throne only for muslim? If a Christian ascend the throne, he should change it to an Hebrew word for king, president, or leader. Arabic is peculiar to Islam? THIS IS THE IGNORANCE WE ARE TALKING OF so,you've never seen a bible written in Arabic language? |

Health › Health Workers To Begin Nationwide Strike On April 7 by Basic123(op): 9:00pm On Mar 23, 2018 |
Health workers to begin nationwide strike on April 7 Health workers in Nigeria , under the aegis of Joint Health Sector Unions and Assembly of Health Care Professionals, would commence an indefinite strike on April 7 , 2018 . Mr Chimele Ogbonna , Vice President of JOHESU, made the disclosure on Thursday in Jos , when he led national officials of the body on a sensitization visit to Jos University Teaching Hospital . Ogbonna said that the health workers had explored all avenues for an amicable settlement of the issues and were left with no other option. This strike is against our wish , but the Federal Government has failed to honour series of agreements with the workers from 2009 to 2017 . “We have given the Federal Government an ultimatum of 30 working days that commenced on March 5 and will end on April 7 . “If the agreements with JOHESU in 2009 , 2014 and 2017 are not honoured , we will embark on an indefinite nationwide strike . “The strike will be total and affect all health institutions from federal , state and local governments , ” he stated . The vice president listed the issues that necessitated the pending industrial action to include failure to adjust CONHESS scale , skipping of CONHESS 10 , and non implementation of court judgements. Others , according to him , included same scale promotions aberration , promotions arrears yet unpaid since 2012 , skewed appointment of Chief Medical Directors and Chairmen, Medical Advisory Committee , and many others . He said that JUTH was chosen for the sensitization in the north central because it was considered a very strong hospital in the region. . Ogbonna said that the workers were concerned about the effect of their action on the patients , but said that the federal government was to blame for the action . Dr . Edmund Banwat , JUTH CMD, who received the union leaders, however, appealed to them to reconsider their decision . “Labour issues are best resolved by continuous engagement and not confrontation . “As you continue to sensitize members , do it with a human face because the health sector deals with life. “Unionism in health sector is peculiar and must not be equated with other unions because life is involved . www.punchng.com/health-workers-to-begin-nationwide-strike-on-april-7/ |

Nonaira3: You asking them the wrong area. The question would be about porto novo. Why is it porto novo, a yoruba owned city with the same environmental similarity with Lagos not like Lagos?
Whenever Yorubas try to tell that super story about how they developed Lagos alone and how Lagos FCT status played no factor in Lagos makes me laugh. They completely forget they literally have a sibling right next to them with literally the same environmental similarities as Lagos yet it's one of the most backwards capital I've ever been in my life. The question now begs if they developed the area that is now known as lagos prior to the existence of Nigeria so why did they ignore the area now known as porto novo? Abi was there something special about the area now named Lagos that the area now known as port novo didn't have? I sure as hell didn't see. Any environmental difference when i was there. Now if they say no, there's nothing special. Now the question goes, the yorubas in porto novo not yorubas or wetin? Likewise weren't they among them prior to existence nigeria and benin? So why hasn't the yorubas in porto novo replicated another lagos? Hell even if we focus in Nigeria only, why is it there's no other sw state/city that is in the form of lagos? Abi the so called "yoruba intention" meant only for lagos abi?
They make me laugh with that delusional super story cause reality alone defuses that story easily. All . I see here is envy. yoruba has never claimed they built lagos alone It is you guys t that are just suffering from inferiority complex even you igbo didn't build anambra and enugu alone.infact enugu just like kaduna and PHC w were established by the britain |
