This is in response to earlier thread on osibanjo and el rufai. FYI el Rufai has been visiting owerri since 2016 for a rochas/ el rufai ticket 2019 when it was thought that buhari wont contest again. Osibanjo would have to break record as the first vp to succeed the president in Nigeria. We all know that presidents always rubbish their vps when its time to hand over.
