Well, an Autoloader is like ur fon's operating system jst dat this time it's installed on ur pc and automatically wipes ur current OS, reconfigure, n installs a fresh OS on ur BlackBerry wen connected to d pc. The 10.3.1 is the latest BlackBerry OS but it's not officially launched yet for som blackberrys , so an Autoloader is d best n only way to get it installed on ur fon. U hav to dwnload the autoloader frm a link which I will provide for u, its about 1.36gb, den d next step coms in..

if u have about 2gb to spare, download d 10.3.1 os, it'll solve d issue of ur sisters id and ur Google apps although u won't have it smooth like ur android (when u get to that bridge ull cross it )
u can get d apk of the Uc browser and install it

Thanks for the response. In the software update here, the only option is the 10.2.1 i'm not seeing 10.3.3 here. Do i google and download? if so, how do i get the phone updated?

welcome to BB10...i used the storm and i loved it but i do understand why you would have had a few challenges with it back then...well, this is BB10 and its a completely different beast from what you used to know about BBs

1. you have to wipe the phone to get rid of your sister's ID and then you get a fresh slate to start on...if you have been using BBM on your last droid, i will suggest you use the same BBID you used in setting up that BBM, it will move all your BBM contacts to the Z10 and you wont have to go through the stress of re-adding your friends

2. you dont need gmail app on BB10, just set up your gmail account and you should be able to get all your gmails real time

3. you can install the UC browser apk on a BB10 device but i tell you, the stock BB10 browser is currently the king of mobile browsers interms of performance and it has been on the throne for almost two years and has not been knocked off

4. yes, major OS updates are quite large and you will need a wifi (mobile hotspot from another phone will suffice) to download and install the latest version...you can also use a pc with fast internet connection and BB Link to do the update

Thanks for the response. Let me try now to back up some files to my system before i do the wipe. I'm indeed enjoying the BB10 browser tho it's a little strange now to me.

Hello all, a great day to you all, i just got a z10 mainly cos of glo's 1k for 3g plan and cos my sis was selling it cheap . This is the 2nd BB im using and i really had a horrid experience with the first(a BB storm) which made me stick to droids. I've encountered some issues im hoping you all can help me rectify. Thanks as you do so.
1) She has her BB id on it already, how do i edit and fix mine.
2) I've used Gmail apps on all my devices with ease, but couldnt find it on BB's apps world. Can i download from a drop box and hopes it work?
3) Uc web browser is my fav browser but it isnt on apps world, can i be recommended to a browser that works as well as it/
4) I checked for softwaare update and saw that i should update to BB 10 OS latest 10.2.1 OS with size 978mb . Is all well?
