Politics › Re: State Of Railway During Buhari's Time - by basty: 7:30am On Jan 20, 2015
@ Op, you guys are naive and dull, how many months did Buhari spent as the Head of State and why are people clamoring for change? If during his time you were not yet born, you might not know what I am talking about, within a year, his impact has been felt.
Turning around Railway system is not a short term investment or project as you made mentioned. However, the kind or Trains you said Jonathan turned around is not the kind the modern world is using. The train people cannot afford the fare.
Please never you compare Buhari to Jonathan in terms of performance, Buhari is ahead and the more reason people are clamoring for #Buhari for change.

Politics › Re: How Can We Present This Person As President In A Country Of 160 Million? by basty: 6:46am On Jan 14, 2015
Lavidah:
If Buhari wins, he will surely be used as a case in point, in people to keep trying and never give up when experiencing failure to achieve a particular goal in life.
I sincerely care less who leads the 160 million Nigerians. Even if that someone is from Pluto or Mercury, all I desire is a better, less corrupt, and a more peaceful nation for me and my loved ones.

I guess, this is not too much to ask for.
@ Op, you are one the best rational being on Nairaland. Some nonentities are busy putting tribal, religious and political sentiments in every discuss. Is Nigeria under Jonathan a country of our dreams? The present Government of Jonathan has failed everybody, we need a divine change irrespective of tribal, religious and political affiliation.
We youths especially from the lowly background are in for it should Jonathan get the second term.
We desperately need a change.
