buharisbae:Just chillax bro,you will be posted before this month end. Come to think of it,funaab,unn and aou have extended their deadline date which means they are still waiting for the posting also. The institutions are the one confusing nigerians and not jamb. I was posted last week monday to my 1st choice uni and I had 186 plus I used awaiting result. Its not about how high your jamb score is or how good your ssce result is. Its all about how many people applied for the course and how many scored the 186 in that particular course. I pity those who chose schools like,OAU,UNN,FUNAAB,UNILAG,UNILORIN,UNIBEN,ABU and many over-hyped uni's cos most of them will be posted to north and polytechnics. The only thing that can stop people from gaining admission this year is their o'level result and those with incomplete credentials. Even jamb registrar,during the combine policy says that,we will all gain admission,only if we are serious. So my advice for u now is to start praying so that jamb will not post you to a private uni. calebify1:Yo fish,I ain't beefing and nobody's is beefing ur course. The guideline had stated it clearly that the admission will be base on 60% to 40% in the conventional uni's and 100% for sciences in specialized uni's,while its gonna be 70% to 30% in poly. So bro by looking at the way things are going,I think u should be able to do the analysis by the above mentioned modalities |

Peejaycute:Yes I used awaiting result. Pls my advice for u is that she should pray very well and make it constant,especially if she's in science class. Cause art students will be favoured most,cos most of them had been failed by jamb,so the rest that make it will be considered and make it by God grace. |

Babham:Bigot like u will continue to have sleepless night. U think am boasting or proud of that? Ehnnmm. Your case is not even worse. I sacrifized my monthly job because of jamb,in order for me to prepare well and hit an ambigious mark,at the end jamb awarded an arbitrary mark to me and my fellow art students for a reason well known to jamb. Ever since then,I haven't secure another job not to talk even getting money to cater for my self. And moreover,when we were given this scores,most of u stupid-shitheads in science says we are gullible and were not prepared that's why we scored so low. I sat for my jamb exam on the 9th and I've been posted since on monday. Take it or leave it,most of the science students will be sent to polytechnic where their course is been taught. Why? Cos I scored 186 in jamb for pol science plus I used awaiting result,and I have been posted to a federal uni and that uni is my 1st choice. Science students should start preparing for poly |

I'm posted to my 1st choice uni which is federal university,katsina to study political science. I had 186 in jamb and I used awaiting result,plus I am from lagos. Its not all abt high score in jamb or ur ssce result,but by the willing of Allah[God] and luck.
