MeekyJnr: We are talking about the 23rd February publication.
Answers those questions please.
Is it safe to say INEC didn't mention anything about real time transmission of polling units results in that 23rd February publication ?
And also,is it safe to say INEC didn't mention that they will no longer be real time transmission of polling unit results in that 23rd February publication ?
Is it also safe to also establish that real time transmission or not was not part of the content of that 23rd February publication ?
If you have an otherwise answers, let me know and an excerpt from the 23rd publication to support your answers.
If you answers is "YES" to all the questions, here are pertinent questions you have to answer.
1-why are you using the 23rd February publication as a proof that INEC said they will no longer be real time transmission of results from the polling unit ?
2- why are you using the publication as an evidence to counter claims that the general public is raising that INEC said they will transmits results in real time from the polling unit ?
3- Why are you claiming that the 23rd February publication supercedes previous statements and videos by INEC that they will be real time transmission of results ? Because 23rd is the last publication before the election. Rest |

Akwamkpuruamu: Is he supposed to bring a different results that INEC will justifiably deny? The same result from the polling unit inec gave him is what he's using against them I already know he doesn't have agents from all polling units and no situation room, so you won't understand |

MeekyJnr: I know absolutely nothing about 23rd February 2023 publication by INEC.
I know about other publications and video where INEC said they will transmit real time results before February 23rd publication you claimed that they have backed down.
You're the one saying INEC claimed they will no longer transmit results in real time.
And I ask you to show me an excerpt from that publication that corroborate your claim.
You made a claim, you're the one to prove it. What I know about February 23rd publication which is the latest before the election is that there was no where INEC mentioned real-time transmission of results |

Even the unfortunate poor SANs defending Tinubu mentioned this same article without realizing they're digging their own graves. Omo, at this point, Tinubu is definitely vacating that seat because there is overwhelming evidence against him.
Even a layman who can read and understand issues know that Tinubu has lost this case. What can a layman understand there please? Where did Yakubu Mahmoud ordered that results will be transmitted realtime on 23rd of February, 2023 |

MeekyJnr: I never made reference to any publication in 23rd of February. You're the one talking about the big news from INEC on 23rd February 2023 publication.
The burden of prove is on you.
And I ask, what's the news all about ? What's the big change ? Can you drop an excerpt from the news about the big change ? The last publication of INEC was on 23rd of February 2023 in the links I posted and they didn't say they would post results real-time. MeekyJnr: Here's one of evidence that they claimed results will be transmitted real time prior to the 23rd February 2023 publication you claimed they said otherwise.
https://twitter.com/inecnigeria/status/1591154788460163072?t=4gm1xNV9zyPCwMHZHhrnFg&s=19
Let me go get you a YouTube video where he made the same statement live at Chatham house that results will be transmitted real time prior to the 23rd February publication you claimed he said otherwise. Here's the link to his full speech at Chatham house prior to the presidential election. https://www.youtube.com/live/62_6cJHniBY?feature=share
Can you now show me where INEC claimed results will no longer be transmitted in real time on the 23rd February publication ? 1... Was November 11, 2022. The latest info was 23rd February, 2023. 2. Mention the exact minute and seconds, thanks. Also note it is not even later than 23rd of February. Now to answer your question. The publications in the links on first page. Visit each one of them and show me where INEC mentioned it will provide results in real-time. Also noting that they made a big change |

Ofunaofu: That INEC release is much more important than what ever any newspaper publication says.
You can't tender that newspaper publication in court, but you can tender that INEC release in court backing it up with several videos where the INEC chairman Yakubu Mahmud insisted that election results will be transmitted to the irev portal realtime The INEC release was last year you can't even prove it emanated from INEC. The last information about the electoral process was 23rd of February. That's what INEC and APC presented to counter the Arise and AIT staff in court yesterday. I'm still waiting for link to the press release on INEC website, news outlet or INEC's social media handle. |

Aphrygian: This your response shows you no nothing about statistics or you are trying to be half smart like the professor but for the sake of posterity I will buttress my point. The professor was using the 'so called' iregularities in Benue and rivers as his reasons to infer fraud in the other 36 locations (a variable) and that is the reason why I said it's not possible, you can't take two out of 36 sample size and not get large error;infact you already committed a type 1 error in statistics by doing so.......the reason why large sample size is used during statistics is to eliminate BIAZ which that professor just introduced to the said system He doesn't know Jack about statistics and analysis. It's very obvious, no justification for using Benue and Rivers only. Which kind of sampling technique did he adopt? |

Ofunaofu: BATified23, be reasonable na
That newspaper publication you are insisting on is what prompted INEC to make a release debunking the rumour that they will no longer transmit election results realtime So how come the newspaper publication is 23rd of February 2023 and your INEC release is February 11th 2022. Did they debunk ahead? 🤡 |

telleyway: When you are done blabbing and fooling yourself, go and check the meaning of raw figures and snapped pictures of of the results. Yesterday Prof does justice to this by saying irev was and is not a collation center but serves as a checker, so that the public can compare and contrast the results as announced. What labour party is going to establish is inec didn't collate results well, using the forms ecb8a and irev results. During cross examination, he was being forced to admit the collated results from wards to local government, state and federal level. To this he said once the primary source of data is not accurate, anything done with it results in error. So for now, that's why all the pus results are court which it will be recounted and the inec magic removed. He used 2 states to conclude on 37 states. What's the margin error for this? Do you know the sampling method he used to choose just 2 states and those states in particular? Thanks |

LP is presenting video evidences of INEC chairman Yakubu Mahmud saying severally on live TV that election results will transmitted live on election day to the irev portal on real time basis. LP is also presenting journalists as witnesses who were also live at the events where INEC chairman was making these speeches
