i cant login into my account to schedule for US visa appointment, i forgot my password.
i tried to reset the password, and the said the have sent me a temporary password to my email.
i ve checked my email but no mail from them.

please how do i resolve this issue.

i filled and submitted visa application form for my wife and my son in march this year,
i also booked an appointment for their interview in u.s embassy Abuja.
but i later cancelled the appointment (personal reasons)

i want to schedule another appointment for them now,but in Lagos

1) should i fill another application form for them and schedule the
