sexygee: Nop. You would have to work towards that during registration at the PG school. |

zyzyzyzy: Payment by installment is for part time candidates only. In case you are one, on your page you would see the section for installment, click on it, the fee would be automatically slashed into two(2). Then you generate a new payment advice and make payment. |

sexygee: If you pay via remita, receipt would be sent to your mail box. Course registration is done online via the portal. You get the list of courses to be registered from you department, go online and fill. When filling your biodata online, select married as status. Hope you have marriage certificate to back it up. |

kellyboo: OK. 1. Log on to spgs.unilag.edu.ng 2. Click on current student (on the right) 3. Log in using your application no as matric no and surname in lowercase as password. 4. Fill biodata. 5. Print admission letter. 6. Click on generate fees. 7. Once fee has been generated, click on view pay advice. 8. Lastly select 2017/2018 and click on generate payment advice. |

kellyboo: You mean you can't log in to your page? |

omatynx: Lol. For Transcript (or first degree certificate), NYSC certificate and Marriage certificate (if married), you are to present just one original copy for sighting and make 3 other copies (photocopies). Documents to be printed online via the portal - biodata, course form, online receipt ,admission and acceptance letters should be printed in coloured (4 copies each). 1 Like |

Acceptance fee now 64,500. Go and reprint your payment advice. For those who complained about seeing error message " pay acceptance fee first " despite making payment already, this increment is probably the reason for the message. This was why I insisted you wait till Fri(yesterday) or next week before making payment cos it seems those in the ICT department are yet to get things right. 2 Likes |

heryourdayji: Yes. Print your payment advice via the portal to confirm the fee. |

Mannylex:You must present original copies of all your documents for sighting at the PG school. For the forms to be printed via portal, the coloured copy represents the original copy. So all forms (biodata, course forms, acceptance form and admission letter) to be printed online must be coloured. |

Boltam: Keep refreshing your payment status but if after 24 hrs no changes, contact the bank or Remita help line. |

Lectures commencing Jan 22nd doesn't stop you from registering. Jan 22nd stipulated in the memorandum is just an official date, which is probably on the academic calendar. Lectures for now won't be too serious but doesn't stop you from attending (if there's any). What you should be more concerned about for now is how to complete the screening/registration process on time and get prepared for the session. Please, everyone here should try and complete the registration process on or before the deadline (Feb. 16). Yes, from the look of things the deadline might be extended, but don't take chances because once Unilag shuts down the portal for course registration after the deadline has elapsed, it would take the divine intervention of God and the VC to reopen the portal in order for any applicant to register (courses). Be guarded. 2 Likes |

Concerning Payments in Installment Here are things to note ; 1. It's applicable only to part time intakes. 2. Application for Installment is via the portal. 3. To apply, log in to your portal, click on apply for installment payment. Fees is automatically slashed into 2. 4. A new payment advice is issued. Note : Payments via installment might attract little interest ( i.e increment in fees as opposed the original payment). 2 Likes |

Deprofessional: Wait few hours to 24hrs before trying again. The payment hasn't reflected on your portal. This isn't your fault, it happens most times with Unilag fees esp. If you paid through bank. But it's nothing to worry about. But if after. 24 hrs, you still get same response, proceed to the bank or call remita help lines (depending on where you made payment) to know why the delay in your payment reflecting. |

nelszx: Obligatory fee here means your acceptance fee. You can either pay both acceptance and tuition fees online via Remita or go to any bank nearest to you in order to make payment. |

Go and reprint your payment advice, acceptance fee has changed from 61,500 to 62,000. Tuition fee remain unchanged. My advise - wait till Friday before making payment, as it seems the ICT department are yet to get it right. |

meryl4merit: OK. Just hope and pray, who knows, you could make the supplementary list. 1 Like |

Deprofessional:You should meet academic staff. |

meryl4merit: Depends on how close you are to the cut-off. Try to find out the cut-off mark for the course and also find out from your department if you can change from full time to part time. Note - Part time is more expensive, as it is believed that those who apply for it are gainfully employed (working class). |

Yh. But there's a chance you might still make the list (supplementary). |

osenidvdg: Same thing applies, provided you have not recommended. |

BYACHEM: Lol. You were too fast with your payment. The programme probably hasn't been updated to 2017/2018.Anyways, relax, it would be rectified soon. Then you can reprint. |

Deprofessional: Filling of acceptance form and course registration is to be done online via your portal. After which you print and take to PG school (alongside other credentials) for proper registration. The person who asked the question initially should have specified the kind of registration he/she meant. |

Postgraduate Entrance Exam Result Remark Is Not Recommended ![]() The major reason why you will see a Not Recommended Remark on your Result is If probably you didn’t get up to the Cut Off Mark set for that course you applied for and on rare occasion this may also not be the case….Not Recommended does not mean you ve automatically failed the exam. If the remark on your result reads Not Recommended and you performed above average like more than 40, here are the things you can do; 1. Wait a little like one to two weeks after release of Admission List to see if Unilag will still release more List in your department…Some despite not been recommended still end up making the list. 2. Visit the department to find out if you can change your course to the part time version. Note: Not all departments allow students to switch. 3. If the departments allows the change of mode of study to Part Time They will give You the Procedures to follow in order to change your course to the part time of what you applied for. The reason you might want to consider changing to part time is because most part time courses are less competitive than its full time version. The cut offs are always lower compared to their full time course. Changing your course does not guarantee the admission though, so after changing the course you need to go and pray hard. |

Haddasah: Go with your pay advice to any Ecobank, Access, UBA, Wema, Gtb or First bank branch near you to make payment. |

clint237: Refresh payment status, click on generate fees, select 2017/2018. Then click view pay advice and click on generate payment advice. |

Deprofessional: Acceptance fee = Acceptance form Tuition = Course form. The acceptance fee and tuition were place on the same pay advice for a reason. So if you want to complete your registration at the PG school, you need to pay both. |
