NLC should please, exempt the health workers from the on going strike. Patients are being prepared for surgery but the surgery could not be done due to the strike. Health workers except doctors are on strike. Many people could not afford private hospitals. I think NLC are fighting the government, they ought to know that people in government don't patronise public hospitals but the masses do. NLC should let the health workers return to work.

If you can not meet the moq,the seller might quote you $4 or more.

Fob means free on board.The price quoted means that the item is sold within that price range depending on the quantity. You can still negotiate that price depending on your negotiation power.

Does it mean that there is condition attached to this price range taking $20 - $30/piece as an example? If yes, what condition would be met to get the item for $20/piece and get it for $30/piece?
