Here is what I advice, start small anywhere or somewhere use that as a stepping stone or springboard to the next level. Whinning will not solve the problem, but getting busy will salvage the situation.

I left n after a week,i received a regret txt msg(so annoyin).


i had to go there d nxt day,met d secretary n collected my passports.

seagullbabz: Mine is writing a CBT test, and waiting forever for the result, and then Dragnet sends you a text you got 48.21 as scores, and even send like 2 emails and 1 extra text again to buttress their point like you argued its a lie. Then you find out the text came in when some people have even collected their first month pay for the same position.

nd this last point There's Nothing more annoying than it, you pass a test then pass interview but keep swimming in a talent pool expecting to be called anytime to resume nd they're just calling ppl at random for offers, nd you're swimming for 3 months or over ,you can't know how it feels if you've not been there before.

I remember a Saro test my friend did. It was cbt. The cut-off mark was pre-set. Results came out immediately after the test. Way to go...

mechango: As for me so far, Iroko Tv, pz cussons, NSML(Ship management), Qatar Airways both are online test, Maya Corp, Eunisell oil and gas, These are all first stage. Access Bank (second stage) and lastly cornerstone insurance i absconded, av anoda test at access bank on the 25th of august. Though am a Batch B Stream II corp member awaiting to be mobilised come September 6...Am badly looking for an engagement.

*Banks employing you as a DSA with unrealistic targets, with those consulting firms being third parties, eg ICSL, SOL, VLA.NB: na DSA for degree holders, banking operations for OND/HND.
*GNLD guys showcasing their disguising talents on NAIRALAND. Them no fit catch me.
*you must have experience, 3-5. years. What happened to 0 year experience
*friends & family be asking u, "how is work" when they know u have none.

Job hunting in Nigeria is job itself. But so many things piss me off.
1- Waiting for almost eternity to get shortlisted for test, then another century to get results, which one may eventually get a regret mail...chai
2-Some HRs saying most Naija graduates are unemployable. I'm very sure they didnt do Dragnet and Workforce tests during their own time!
3-Guys who are already working, applying for jobs which they will later find out after passing d tests or interview, that they don't pay well compared to their current job. Thereby blocking d unemployed.
4-Some nairalanders asking questions abt a particular coy but unwilling to tell how they applied!
