Calm down. Bybit won’t cancel it. They will leave the appeal open till it is sorted.

When he uploads his video, did he show full details of the acct details you paid into? Like the number and his name? If those details were shown and correct, he can’t doctored it expect he is using another similar Opay app.

Check the video he uploaded and scrutinize it very well. Then take your time on the account statement he also uploaded; you can drop it here so we scrutinize it for you.

Insist that you have been to Opay office and the payment was successful. Don’t ever chicken out and be harsh with words. Let him know he is trying to scam.
