Does your boy wear tight singlets?

Does he sweat in the singlet and the sweat dries on him with the singlet still on him?

Does he go to bed without showering at night despite the extreme daytime sweat?

If the answer to all or most of the above is yes, then it's just rashes. Get home some loose/free singlet and improve his hygiene.
