you're the one deceiving yourself, Awka Millennium city is roughly about heliu estate, which is not even close to top 5 estate in Enugu. For more than 15 yrs Awka millennium has been under construction. What rubbish. The new Enugu city more than the Awka in size and work is going on. Soludo is a mediocre.
