IGR is not fake, Enugu government is building multiple project including a new city from scratch, before end of next year, Enugu Air will be second largest airline operator in Nigeria, alot of New schools, hospitals, largest farm in construction in the whole Nigeria, without IGR all these are impossible. You can't borrow if you don't have means of returning it.

The new government with 38 buildings, two malls, dualizing trunk A roads, with many internal roads, two flyovers with many bridges, Solution Fun City, Innovation District, five hospitals, and modernized PHcs in the state, Smart Schools, trauma center, Stadium, constructing University of medical sciences, biggest Pharmaceutical distribution hub, the industrial city, Aerotropolis etc without borrowing a kobo
