Hi doc pls i have been having pain on the left side of my back,when i take a deep breath i feel it, when i lie down and try to raise my neck i feel it too its like i have a wound on that side, i have seen a doctor i did Ecg and the result was okay. At times i feel sharp pain on my left side too under my breast all these i complained to my doc and after all the test he said i should try and shed weight. Am a female 34 2 kids,5'10 and 100 kg. @ poster, i watched a programme on zone reality the incurables, what the lady that has ur kind of skin disease did was to change her diet totally she took vegetables and fruits only and within 6 months her skin changed though it might not be easy in nigeria but i belive u can give it a trial. Stay off processed food,sugar,beef,chicken,fish etc go organic for like 6 months take soy beans milk,vegetables, fruit pls try it and be pray too.

My daughter is 4 and she is left handed she finds it very difficult to use her right hand. She eats eba with her left hand so there is no big deal,her older brother is just worried and kept on asking mummy which hand will this girl use to clean her bum when she gets older?that makes me confused too

My 4 year old daughter is left and its being tough for her your hear women in church scream at her use ur right hand to drop offering, do not shake me with that hand bla bla. There is nothing wrong with using ur left hand,the arguement that u use ur left hand to clean up is rubbish dont u wash ur hand or u carry the left hand around with poo. Anyway my girl uses her left hand to even eat eba sef. I have tried to change her but it was not easy for her so i let her be. When am there and an adult shouts at her to use her right i just tell them that she is left handed. I can not change her and nobody should try to.
